Pembroke Pines was ablaze with excitement as residents of all ages gathered to commemorate the nation's birthday on July 4th. The annual event, cherished by families, proved to be an unforgettable experience this year as well.

The festivities commenced at 6:00 pm with the much-awaited Kids' Fun Zone opening at the Pines Recreation Center. The area came alive with carnival rides, bouncy houses, arts & crafts, and a spirited pie-eating contest that added to the thrill. Meanwhile, a delightful array of food trucks catered to everyone's taste buds as families secured their spots on the lawn, eagerly anticipating the grand finale.

Pembroke Pines Mayor Frank Ortis expressed his joy, stating, "It is always a tremendous day when all the people of Pembroke Pines come together to celebrate.

Tonight, you can witness the vibrant tapestry of cultures that make our city such a wonderful place to call home and raise a family."

As the clock struck 7:00 pm, the crowd was treated to captivating musical performances by VINYL, taking the celebratory spirit to new heights. The entertainment continued to enthrall the attendees until the mesmerizing fireworks display painted the night sky with brilliant colors at 9:00 pm.
