The Greater Plantation Chamber of Commerce Hosted the Mayor’s Gala celebrating Plantation’s 70th birthday. The Mayor's Gala is an annual event organized by the Chamber of Commerce. The gala serves as a prestigious gathering that brings together local businesses, community leaders, and residents to celebrate and support the growth and prosperity of Plantation.

The event showcased the city's vibrant business community, highlighted notable contributions, and honored individuals and organizations that have made a positive impact on the local economy and community development.

The gala was hosted at the Renaissance Fort Lauderdale West Hotel and featured a formal dinner, live entertainment, and a program that included speeches, awards presentations, and networking opportunities. Mayor Nick Sortal cut the cake on behalf of every Plantation resident. Here’s to another 70 years, Plantation!
