Textured walls, wood paneling, and stylish furniture choices build interest from every angle. The basis of the room decor scheme is dominantly white, with a wall of wood effect paneling added to build warmth and texture.
A modern floating tv shelving that can also function as an electric fireplace pit splits a large room into two parts, dividing the floor space between the family seating and the small reading area or library.
Neutral colors paired with black and gray give intensity and depth to living spaces. By contrasting the dark hues with lighter neutrals, it creates a striking & minimalist statement. When using these elegant tones as a background or an accent, the words “sleek” and “sexy” also come to mind.
The bedroom is a haven of comfort and relaxation. A place so serene added with elegance of minimal features of neutral browns and an accent of wood is an ideal bedroom. Spacious enough to be away from outside impediments.
What makes an area look good is its content. Furniture, accent walls, plants, and such completes the whole look of the space, especially when the colors and furniture placements are well-coordinated to create a cozy and welcoming atmosphere.
Furniture is placed strategically within all the spaces to maximize the area. The use of light neutrals may also fool the eye into seeing a larger living space. It is possible to give the sense of a continuous and expansive area by pairing it with furniture in colors that are similar.
Taleb Residence 2021
Al-Qatif, KSA
Combination of wood and concrete creates an aesthetic appeal and home comfort throughout this kitchen-dining area. The 12-seater dining is not merely a location where people gather to eat, but a space for inclusion, and engagement. Plants are an effective method to add color, giving any interior design a natural and fresh vibe. Project Head: AJC
Dark wood accent wall combined with light neutral sofa starks a minimalist and clean statement. The rustic leather couch, together with the eye-catching sculpture, highlights the living area. A warm atmosphere is also created by adding earthy accent cushions and a splash of green.
The midtoned bedroom exudes comfort and style. It is a popular color scheme that gives warmth and coziness to any space. The gray bedding complements the black suspended lighting, together with the minimalist side table, while the fabric headboard acts as the room’s main focal point.
Shaer Residence 2021
Dammam, KSA
This modern-contemporary design has a spacious living area with a fairly neutral color scheme. Subtle textures such as incorporating terrazo tile and horizontal slats into the wall make an interesting detail. Project Head: NJG
This color scheme and material palette gives a clean and crisp look. The intents are leaning more at the light neutral side, with the accent of a gray marble and plants to contrast the sofa.
Patterned cloth adds textural accents to cream, caramel, and taupe hues, while the minimalist drop lighting makes the dining area more sophisticated.
The circular rug highlights the space with its ocean blue abstract print. A luxe touch of gold to the furniture brings elegance and class.
The black toilet and orange acrylic sink provide a stunning contrast against the light wood and travertine tiles. These statement pieces, combined with the horizontal slats on the wall, create an elusive beauty.
Jamal Residence 2021
Dammam, KSA
The interior design of this home is striking because of the natural light that bathes it evenly and softly. The beige curtains add a subtle contrast to the living area, which features a discreet round-shaped chandelier and dark neutral furnishings that complement the overall elegance of this house.
Project Head: TGP
The laminated woods used on the walls, furniture, and artwork in harmonious ways are carefully matched. Cushions, pillows, and rugs add a splash of color without creating a sharp contrast that makes the space feel warm and inviting.
Maskeen Residence 2021
Al-Qatif, KSA
Light colors, natural lighting, and lovely furniture designs were chosen for this design. Use WPC slats to give the design a more opulent appearance. The palette is a highly versatile hue for the wall and tiles since it mixes well with most colors. To go in with the overall design of the room, we decided on a contemporary style for the ceiling.
Project Head: PJS
This design is successful in presenting places for relaxation by utilizing a gray color scheme on the materials and furnishings with a monochromatic background and achieving a sense of comfort and tranquility. These areas’ lighting needs to be carefully planned so that it can be altered to suit various situations and produce a pleasing result.
The luxurious dining breaks up the monotony of neutrals with various colors of wood. The accent lighting adds beauty and refinement to the dining area. The space is designed with an open floor plan so that the owner may eat her favorite meals while appreciating the beauty of light and vegetation through the glass windows.
Esfeer Residence 2021
Dammam, KSA
The use of neutral colors contrasts well with deep shades of wood while maintaining a light approach, also, to allow a room to seem larger, more airy, clean, and welcoming. Project Head: REL
The strategic placement of furnishings was considered to make a tasteful appeal that is comfortable, ideal for receiving visitors, and features completely enfolded materials that serve as a unifying aesthetic. This contrast can also be achieved by installing floor-to-ceiling curtains to give the room a more expansive ap-

This CEO office, located in KSA, is the height of sophistication. The grey marble compliments the dark walnut panels and, when added with linear lights, creates the total mood of this space.
Who says dark neutral interior means gloomy? With good lighting and a structured layout, these aspects create the overall mood of this contemporary office. Gold accents also give a sense of warmth and luxury in the space.
Opting for a light color palette lends flexibility to the lobby. The stylish combination of green and gold complements the overall aesthetic of the space.
Bright, clean and fresh concept was used for the interior setting of the space. Incorporating artificial vertical garden creates tranquility and more refreshing atmosphere throughout the space.

Our Exterior Projects
Thafa Residence 2020
Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
According to designers, color has the power to turn a house into a home. However, a lot of individuals are still a little apprehensive to utilize vibrant colors in their exterior for fear that it be too overwhelming. However, this design demonstrated the power of vivid colors to instantly uplift the spirit and encourage others to think more audaciously. To make up a good fusion of modern and contemporary design elements, the exterior should have a good lighting fixture that greatly highlights the accents on the wall, clean lines, a bold and vibrant color that blends well with the overall color palette. Without deviating too far into a harsh appearance, the design maintains its visual flow throughout. The house’s cheerful character is perfectly added by the yellow-painted wall
