Pharoahs Car Club of South Jersey Cruise
Some clubs have been in existence for many years. They have withstood the test of time and continue to devote their energies to preserving the fun of enjoying special cars. A large organization that is nation/international is the Pharoahs Car Club. One of the many chapters of the club is based in the southern New Jersey area. These members decided to have an old-fashioned cruise by spreading the word to meet and show up for a few hours of cruising fun. The cruise was held at the Pep Boys Auto center parking lot in Glassboro, N.J.
The event was open to all cruisers and featured trucks, rat rods, street rods and customs. Check out the Pharoahs club site on Facebook for more club and chapter information.

with South Jersey Classics
The season opener for the South Jersey Classics Cars and Coffee events started with a crowd that not only filled the business facility parking area, it spilled into the street. Cruisers came out to a cool morning that was filled with the aroma of hot coffee, fresh donuts and even Mr. Softee treats. All of this and a great spirit of cruising camaraderie -- all compliments of Shawn Wark and Ed Van Hee, proprietors of this cool classic car emporium.
There were rides of all makes and persuasions and that is a sure indicator of the fun that will greet the cruisers in the 2022 season. All this fun set the pace for another “endless summer” of cruising fun.

The Mopar team does not stop at Chickie’s and Pete’s with just a car show. They have a full season of cruises ready to go for the car guys and gals to enjoy. Check out their season scheduleon social media and in Cruising Magazine.
Henri’s Motown Classic Showdown
Combine the flavor and aroma of barbecue cooking at its finest and throw in a gathering for cool cars and motorcycles and you have the perfect menu for a successful show. Henri’s Hotts Barbeque is located in Folsom, N.J., and they recently staged their inaugural Henri’s Motown Classic Showdown. The event was not just an event for fun rides and great food, it was also a tribute to Douglas Henri, Sr.
Henri, Sr. was a gentleman who had a passion for barbecue, Motown music, Mopars and Cadillacs. What a great way to pay tribute to him by featuring this combination in a car show. This will now be a week-afterEaster tradition and a special place to enjoy the beginning of spring. Partial proceeds went to the Wounded Warrior organization

Monday in Mantua Car Cruise
