Steps

1. Choose your style. See pages 13 to 102.

2. Choose your decoration(s) and locations(s).

3. Provide your art. Vector art is recommended (.AI, .EDP, .PDF, .SVG)

4. Send us the details. Send the order and your artwork or logo to custom@outdoorcap.com

5. Approve your cap and price. Be on the lookout for your virtual, sample image, and price quote. Full sample is available with additional leadtime with your shipper number.

Embroidery Guidelines

Minimum Order

48 pieces per cap style/color/logo.

A $40 (A) charge will be applied to orders less than 48pc. Absolute minimum quantity is 24pc. Orders can be split 24/24, as long as logo is not changed. A $40 (A) charge/line will be applied for thread/ size/location change to the logo.

Price

$5.50 (A) for up to 10,000 stitches for the front art.

Add $2.00 (A) for side logo (right or left), up to 5,000 stitches. Add $2.50 (A) for back logo up to 5,000 stitches. Add $2.50 (A) per location for 3D logos.

Additional stitches at $0.50/1,000 (A) stitches over each minimum location charge.

Artwork & Sample Approval Process

Sample Approval: Choose from the options below.

(1) Receive a proof via email for quicker approval.

(2) Receive a physical cap sample in the mail.

Note: Vector art REQUIRED with logo specifications/PMS colors to ensure timely delivery of proof. Art sent in a format other than vector may require additional time.

Patch Guidelines

Patch Placement

Patches can be placed front center, front left and front right corner locations of cap.

Additional direct embroidery can be placed according to the embroidery placement & size chart shown above.

Minimum Order

48 pieces per cap style.

May split 24/24 if using same patch and same cap style. May order additional patches to accompany an order. Additional patches must be the same patch as applied to the cap order.
