Eric Ladd is Chairman of Outlaw Partners, an award-winning experiential marketing, media, events, real estate and adventure travel company based in Big Sky and Bozeman, Montana. Formed around the pioneering principles of the Code of the West, Outlaw Partners builds brands that live to challenge the status quo. Founded in 2009, Outlaw Partners’ awardwinning media publications include Mountain Outlaw magazine, Explore Big Sky newspaper and VIEWS magazine with over 5,000,000 readers and followers. Outlaw also produces events in Southwest Montana including the award-winning PBR rodeo and Wildlands Concert, creating meaningful connections, supporting local community organizations and inspiring action in service.
Eric is a fourth-generation developer and leads the Outlaw Realty team, the real estate arm of Outlaw Partners, with his over 30 years of experience in real estate sales and development. Outlaw Realty brings together the top agents and brokers in southwest Montana and has been an industry leader in luxury real estate and consulting for top resort brands such as Yellowstone Club, Moonlight Basin, Spanish Peaks Mountain Club, Whisper Ridge and Baldface. Outlaw Realty has achieved more than $2 billion in real estate sales since its inception in 2010.
In 2021 Eric Co-founded Outlaw Real Estate Partners (OREP), a real estate investment, development, and services company founded to thoughtfully create special places to accommodate the exceptional growth occurring in Bozeman and southwest Montana. OREP is now one of the largest developers in southwest Montana with a variety of projects and communities in construction and development.
Eric has a strong entrepreneurial passion and supports charity organizations that focus on the preservation of land, rivers and wildlife. In 2022, Outlaw Partners helped generate and donate over $400,000 to non-profit causes and continues to find ways to inspire action oriented behavior with his team and community. He is also involved with non-profit groups supporting orphans in Nepal and is a member of Big Sky Search and Rescue and a board member for the Gallatin River Task Force. Eric holds a bachelor’s degree in real estate and marketing from the University of Colorado Boulder.
