Nephew’s Ting

INGREDIENTS

1 ½ oz. Wray n Nephew White Rum

250 mL Ting Soda

1 ml Token Bitters

Lemon or Lime

Fresh Mint

Dehydrated lime for garnish (optional)

MIXING

Pour rum into a collins glass and add squeeze of fresh lime. Add a dash of bitters and stir. Add ice and stir once more. Pour in your bottle of Ting. Pop in a straw and garnish with fresh mint and dehydrated lime.
