Getting started with your account
Embarking on your partnership with DNA involves a handful of key steps to ensure a seamless onboarding. Following your meeting with our CEO Hugh, you will receive our DNA ‘Welcome Pack’ with step-by-step instructions confirming everything your need for us to kickstart your account:
• Partner Application – Complete and return the partnership application form to officially begin collaborating.
• Partnership Agreement – Once the application has been returned, we’ll issue out your personalised agreement confirming remuneration and any agreed terms and conditions
• Success and Progression Introduction – Meet your key point of contact at DNA for the ongoing development of our partnership
• Meet the team – Receive your introduction to the people that will be progressing the applications.
• Lead Referral Process – Receive your guide on how to refer new leads, review existing transactions & other helpful tools
• Ongoing training & development – Our Success & Progression team will arrange for in person meetings and events to maintain a strong relationship

Client Services
Our front-line team gathers preliminary details about the client and their project, ensuring a smooth and informative introduction to our services. They coordinate and schedule appointments, connecting clients with the appropriate broker for their needs.
Brokers
Our brokers, each with their own speciality, obtain a full fact-find and information on client’s circumstance to provide personalised advice and source finance products to be able to deliver custom finance terms. They work 1-1 with a case manager on all projects.
Case Managers
Upon client approval, our case management team takes the wheel, submitting an application to the chosen lender, liaising with all parties to obtain the clients mortgage offer and supporting through to successful completion.
Protection
With a formal finance offer in place, if require/ requested, our insurance advisors can assist to secure clients projects and future with comprehensive insurance solutions.

Do we charge a fee?
We do charge a fee for our services and will be based upon the client’s specific circumstance. Subject to those circumstances the fees will often be in the region of £595 up to 1% however the fee is only payable once they receive a full credit-backed mortgage offer.
What documents are required from clients in order for us to submit a full application?
In order to submit a full mortgage application as standard we require, ID, Proof of address, Evidence of income and expenditure and property details. There may be additional requirements but this is on a case by case basis.
How do I send a lead over to DNA?
In order to send a referral over to us this can be sent via our CRM (Please contact your success and progression lead if you require a log in to be set-up on this) or alternatively you can email the lead over to clientservices@dnafs.co.uk
Who do I contact in relating to any referral payments and invoicing?

How do I get updates on lead referrals?
To view the latest notes on a case you can view these by logging into the CRM and viewing your leads referrals on the dashboard.
How quickly are new leads contacted?
All new referrals will be contacted within 4 hours of the being sent across. If, however the lead is needed to be contacted sooner than this, or at a specified time requested then please make us aware upon sending the referral and we will ensure it is contacted within the requested timeframe
How long does a mortgage application take?
A mortgage application can typically take anywhere between a couple of days to a couple of weeks to process. The key factors behind how quickly we can progress the mortgage application will generally speaking, include: lender service levels, how quickly the client can gather the required documents, how straightforward the circumstances are and how quickly we receive responses to any specific or additional requirements
What does loan to value mean (LTV)?
Loan to value, or LTV, is a calculation which expresses the value of your mortgage as a percentage of the value of your property: loan / value x 100 = LTV %
The LTV is important, because across the mortgage market, lower interest rates tend to be offered to those with lower LTVs, for example less than 60%.
How many lenders do we have access to?
DNA operates as a whole of market intermediary with access to multiple lenders. This gives us the ability to ensure that we are comparing, advising, and recommending the most suitable mortgage or finance option for your clients requirements. Within the process, the advisor will present the client with lenders’ offers or terms and conditions and will explain the differences between options to assist them in in proceeding with the right product.
