What a day! This has been our first time in hospitality and after our day in the Carling Lounge it certainly won’t be our last. Food, service, atmosphere, company, every last detail was outstanding.

Ham hock, parsley and wholegrain terrine, straw potatoes, quail egg, pea puree and watercress salad

Leek and potato soup, finished with baby spinach and chives (v) Mains

Slow braised lamb shank, crisp rosti potato, celeriac puree, fine beans, red wine, rosemary jus

Mushroom ravioli tossed with a creamed spinach and wild mushroom garlic cream sauce, served with garlic flat bread (v) Dessert

Lemon and raspberry posset, crushed scorched meringue and shortbread biscuits
