4. I have registered and want to send money - now what? Step 1: You must fund your account. The most common way to fund your account is via bank transfer: ====================================================== Go to: 'Upload Funds' > choose bank transfer as a payment method > You will be provided with bank details and your customer ID which is the reference for your transfer. ====================================================== Now, you have to instruct your bank to process the transaction. Make sure to enter the transaction ID OR your login email in the reference field. If you do not want to fund your account via bank transfer, find here more supported payment methods. Step 2: As soon as the funds are credited to your Moneybookers account, you can go ahead and send payments to anyone with an email address by following the instructions given under the 'Send money' tab
5. How do I send money? You can send money by going to the Send Money tab and following the instructions. You only need the email address of the recipient to execute the payment. Please note: in order to send money, you need to have sufficient funds in your Moneybookers account to cover the payment How to send money from your account to another account?
6. What exchange rates do you apply if I send money in another currency or to an account in another currency? For transactions involving a currency conversion, we use the daily reference rates as published by the European Central Bank. However, 0.95% will be added to the interbank rate wherever there is an exchange of currency between EUR, USD or GBP. For transactions involving exchange of any other currency, we add 1.3%. This is not a hidden charge but a protection against the volatility and risk associated with FX markets.
7. How to instruct a bank transfer to fund my Moneybookers account? Step 1: Get the bank details for the transaction: ====================================================== Go to: 'Upload Funds' > choose bank transfer as a payment method > You will be provided with bank details. ====================================================== Step 2: You need to submit these details to your bank and instruct it to transfer the funds to the bank account of Moneybookers. Please do not forget to state your customer ID in the reference field of the transaction. In case you can communicate with your bank via online banking, we recommend initiating the transfer directly online to speed up the payment process. Step 3: The funds should be in your Moneybookers account a few days later. Please note: we do NOT debit your bank account directly, you must instruct your bank yourself to do this transfer.

8. How can I use a credit/debit card to fund my Moneybookers account? Step 1: Add your credit/debit card to your account profile: Go to: 'My Account' > 'Profile' > 'List of credit/debit cards' > 'Manage' > 'Add' > fill in the required information. Step 2: On the same page you will be asked to complete our verification procedure. We will debit your credit/debit card for a small random amount (usually between EUR 1.01 and 2.99 depending on your account currency) after which you must check your card statement for the exact transaction amount and enter it into the 'verify credit/debit card' section of your Moneybookers profile. Please note that you may have to wait some time for the debit to appear on your statement. Upon completion, the transaction amount will be credited to your Moneybookers account and your card will be verified with the upload limit shown on screen
9. How long does it take for a deposit to arrive? Bank transfer: It usually takes 2-5 business days depending on your country of residence. If you are residing in a country covered by the Moneybookers' banking network (domestic transfer), the transfer normally arrives in less than 3 business days.
