It encourages and envisages a future where mankind is drawn back to their roots and tie the missing link with marine life. It does not impose but rather behaves as an organism itself. The exoskeleton supports the functional spaces within while hosting macroalgae on the surface.

08 COMPETITION

The design brief encourages the participants to have a new social role to improve neglected urban spaces. Through creative ideas, innovative architecture can transform, abandoned public spaces and reimagine new “Alternative Spaces” to create a vibrant community sprit. We find several small urban spaces, which are neglected, polluted, garbage dumps, without maintenance, pathways, etc.
