LaPue Development is looking to invest $1.6 billion during the next 10 years to build 7,000 residential-condo units in Niagara Falls. First Project: The Stanley District on Stanley Ave. & Ferry St. with two construction phases, creating 889 condo apartment units with a two-level underground parking structure under 3 condo buildings — 30,14, & 16 storey condo buildings respectively.
Second Project: 2-tower residential on Victoria Ave. by Fugiel Groups: Plans include a 35- and 36-storey consisting of a 29-storey hotel with 404 guest suites and 30-storey apt. incl. 469 apt. & 7 on-street dwellings, a 6-storey podium & 687 sq. m.of commercial uses at grade between Victoria and Ellen avenues, at Walnut Street.
