The People Partners are dedicated posts acting as Business Partners/Senior Advisors for the Secretariat addressing People and HR related matters. They will be located where either the largest number of staff or partners are based. Operating a consulting model, People Partners will have direct reporting to the Regional Director where they are located and dotted line partnering to the Regional Director heading other locations they are supporting. They will all be part of the People, Organisation & Culture Division working together with the Director, POC to deliver an ambitious unified People agenda that supports Secretariat transformation and cultural change.
