We manage executive level search and appointments and offer organisational effectiveness services which include coaching, consulting, team and leadership development for example. You will work with a global team to develop our reputation and expertise as leadership specialist through finding the necessary talent to deliver our projects. As Talent Acquisition Coordinator you will be working closely with the HR Director and Regional Teams to design, develop and execute a new talent acquisition strategy for Oxford HR. You should be able to find, hire and retain talented employees and associates for the business, helping build a strong employment brand, and ensure great relationships at the workplace.

Responsibilities
• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
• Help develop a competency framework across all roles.
• Contribute to the selection criteria.
• Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks).
• Plan with relevant teams interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.
• Assess candidate information, including resumes, references and contact details.
• Help design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements.
• Lead employer branding initiatives and plan procedures for enhancing the candidate experience.
• Performing employee satisfaction assessments and workshops and recommend measures to improve employee retention.
• Assist with forecasting hiring needs by department.
• Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
• Assist with developing and implementing an effective onboarding process.
• Assist with the development and implementation of an appraisal system.
• Development of internal training programs to improve skills and staff retention.
Experience and Skills
Essential
• Minimum of 2 years work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role in an international context.
• Honours Degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
• Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks.
• Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good listening skills.
• A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations.
• Good time-management skills.
• Quick decision-making skills.
Desirable
• CIPD qualification.
• Fluent in a second language.
