For most Oyster owners, upgrading is far more than an ascent through the model range for the sake of it. Instead, finding the right boat to suit new ambitions and aspirations is frequently what drives the decision to trade up. For Domenic Pilla and Louise de Serres, the move was from their 575 to a new 745. We joined them in Southampton during the final stages of handover to find out their reasons for the upgrade.
