Taco Pizza Submitted by: Julie Turner-Crawford, Phillipsburg, Mo.

Ingredients:

• 1 prepared pizza crust • 1 can refried beans • Salsa • 1 pound ground beef, browned and fat drained • 1 medium tomato, diced

Directions: In a medium bowl, mix refried beans and a enough salsa to thin the consistency of the refried beans. Spread mixture over the prepared pizza crust. Top with ground beef. Cover with mozzarella cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes, or until crust is browned and cheese has melted. Remove from oven and immediately top with cheddar cheese. Top with lettuce and tomato, finishing with Doritos. Note: Toppings can include diced onion or black olives. Salsa can be mild, medium or hot, depending on preference.
