Disconnect the Scanner
Caution
Do not attempt to directly disconnect the scanner by removing the power cable and USB
cable.
Do not roll the cable over the handle of the scanner or even create any sharp bends in
the cable after you disconnect the scanner.
Follow the steps below to safely disconnect the scanner:
(1) Quit the IntraoralScan scanning software.
(2) Disconnect the scanner USB 3.0 cable from the USB 3.0 repeater.
(3) Disconnect the other port of the USB 3.0 repeater from the computer.
(4) Right-click the “Safely Remove Hardware” icon on Windows taskbar and select “Eject Flash Drive”. (5) Unplug the USB flash drive and keep it in a safe place for future use.
(6) Unplug the power adapter from the wall outlet and remove the power plug from the
power connector on the cradle.
