People are at the heart of everything we do and every decision we make, and we think our staff are just as important as the people we support. We promote a culture that celebrates our differences and plays to everyone's strengths, no matter how quirky.

We think it's important to invest in our team, which is why we offer a lot of personal development and training opportunities and lots of social opportunities, such as conferences, team days out and an annual 'play day'. And we know that life exists outside of work, so flexible working hours are weaved into as many of P3's roles as possible.
