OBSERVATION & ISSUES IN THE EATERIES IN THE NEIGHBOURHOOD • The eateries are found in a complex with other commercial use. • Seatings and users spill out on the footpath and shops around causing pedestrians trouble. • There are no comfortable seatings for senior citizens who usually go for a walk and visit small juice/snacks stalls. • Due to parking issues, Fine dining and Pubs are not in many numbers or used efficiently.
