The Pacific Dental Conference will look different this year as we return to meeting in-person at the Vancouver Convention Centre. The VCC staff have been working very hard to impliment safety procedures to provide the best protection for our exhibitors and attendees. Some of these safety measures are now part of our everyday life and some are new for the gathering of larger groups and in the exhibit hall space. As health protocols change to reflect the current state, we will continue to keep our exhibitors informed as to how they will affect them.

Face Masks

Face masks (covering the mouth and nose) are recommended for all guests while onsite.

Enhanced Cleaning

All of our rooms and high-touch surfaces are regularly cleaned and disinfected.

Hand Sanitizers

Dispensers are conveniently located throughout the facility.

Check-in Process

All guests are guided through a brief check-in process upon arrival.

Reduced Room Capacities

Our spaces are clearly marked with maximum permitted occupancy to allow for safe physical distancing.

Special First Aid Protocols

Special first aid protocols are in effect for patients presenting with symptoms of respiratory illness.

Physical Distancing

Please stay a minimum 6ft (2m) from others and refer to our floor markers when applicable.

Protective Barriers

Plexiglass screens are available for safe interactions between staff and guests where needed.

Signage

Instructional signage is posted throughout the facility so that you’re not left wondering.

Reminders To Stay Home if Unwell

Clear messaging throughout the facility to not enter if sick or feeling unwell.

We will communicate to you through email newsletters of changes as they happen which will affect you and your company. Please ensure that your email contact information is up-to-date for your main contact and alternative contact person, in your exhibitor account.
