Eberhardt partners with employers ranging from local businesses to Fortune 500 companies, including Amazon, Google, Clorox, PayPal, Bloomberg and Deloitte.

More than 62% of accounting students secure jobs in a Big Four accounting firm. Historically, Eberhardt students have an over 90% employment rate among graduates.

A Network Of Accomplished Alumni

Eberhardt’s alumni are diverse and exceptional leaders such as Dean Spanos, owner of the Los Angeles Chargers; Steve Goulart, executive vice president and chief investment officer at MetLife; Doug Merritt, president CEO of Splunk; Mary Lynn Ferguson-McHugh, CEO of family care and P&G ventures at Procter and Gamble; and Pete Carroll, coach of the Seattle Seahawks.

Eberhardt’s students have the opportunity to network with alumni through campus events, including information sessions and mock interviews. They also take a required career course, where they are encouraged to utilize LinkedIn to expand their network and find career opportunities.

Championing Inclusivity

CEOs of Color in Residence is a multidisciplinary program that exposes Pacific students to a diverse set of business leaders from around the globe. Each business leader in residence spends four weeks on Pacific’s Stockton Campus sharing their expertise with students, faculty and staff as well as the Stockton business community. Through keynote lectures and presentations, the CEOs of Color in Residence program seeks to engage, inspire and advocate for inclusive excellence through the power of business, entrepreneurship and innovation.

Delta Sigma Pi

Delta Sigma Pi is a professional business fraternity which has been promoting high-quality engagement at Pacific since the 1980s. It fosters the study of business, encourages scholarship and social activity, and promotes close connections between business students and the business world. Its executive board of high achieving students emphasizes professional development of its members.

Pete Schroeder

Associate Professor of Sport

Management

EdD, Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis; MA, Sport Sciences

Professor Pete Schroeder’s research focuses on organizational culture in sport settings, academic integration of intercollegiate athletes, and migration of international athletes. He has also served as chair of the Pacific Athletic Advisory Board. His work has appeared in several journals, and he contributed chapters to two sport management textbooks. In addition to his academic career, Professor Schroeder serves on the editorial board of the Journal of Issues in Intercollegiate Athletics.
