The Stockton Campus, located in a diverse city of over 300,000 people, houses the majority of programs for undergraduates. Stockton is located in California’s beautiful Central Valley and bordered by a thousand miles of delta waterways. The San Francisco Campus, 90 minutes west of Stockton, is home to the Master of Science in Data Science program and the Dugoni School of Dentistry. The Sacramento Campus, 45 minutes north of Stockton, houses the McGeorge School of Law and Pacific’s new School of Health Sciences.

The Position The Senior Director of Community, Culture & Belonging/Ombuds is an equity-advancing and values-aligned partner in fostering an inclusive campus climate and culture. The Ombuds is a resource for university employees and identifies patterns or areas of improvement in campus climate and culture for diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging. The Ombuds is an advocate for fairness, a source of information and referral, aids in answering questions, and assists in the resolution of concerns, when possible, while maintaining confidentiality to the extent the law allows. The Ombuds will develop educational programs for faculty and staff on equity, leadership development and conflict resolution.

Position Qualifications MINIMUM

Master’s degree in one of the following: law,
