The Position The Senior Director of Donor Engagement and Communications will lead the newly formed Office of Donor Engagement and Communications. The director will be responsible for the development and implementation of a multi-channel, digitalfirst comprehensive communications strategy to inspire engagement and motivate philanthropy. The director will oversee the direction, operation and assessment of a university-wide donor relations program in support of Pacific’s development goals. This leadership position reports to the Vice President of University Development and Alumni Relations.
Position Qualifications MINIMUM
SK ILL S/ K N OW LEDGE AND E XP ER T ISE IN CLUD E:

Bachelor’s Degree.

Seven years of related increased responsibility and work experience, preferably in development communications and/ or donor relations with a focus on alumni giving/ engagement, stewardship and marketing.

Experience and knowledge in editorial, printing and production including multi-
