Loo of the Year Platinum graded facilities, achieving their highest award. The perfect pitch for you
Padstow Touring Park is well maintained with a carefully planned layout that offers privacy and shelter, where every pitch has a hedge or fence to the rear. Suitable for large motorhomes and twin axle caravans with easy access from the main road. Extensive planting of varied trees, shrubs and flowers enhance the park for visitors as well as being beneficial for wildlife. The low level lighting makes a pleasant atmosphere whilst allowing you to see the starry skies and amazing sunsets.
The various pitch types are designed to ensure that you have a comfortable stay whether you have a tent, caravan or motorhome. Grass electric pitch

Padstow
The iconic picture postcard harbour in Padstow is a major attraction of the quaint Cornish town. Fishing and pleasure craft sit alongside each other in the ever changing moorings, whilst the quayside cafés and pubs look out onto the calm water and bustling atmosphere. Whether it’s during the day or in the evening there is always something to do in Padstow. The regular departure of boat trips gives you the choice of fishing, high powered speedboat, sealife safari, or a leisurely cruise to see the stunning coastline. Make sure you take some time to sit alongside the harbour to soak up the unique atmosphere of this historic fishing town that has grown in popularity, whilst retaining charm and respect for its heritage.

‘Obby ’Oss Padstow’s world famous May Day celebrations are steeped in tradition and draw large crowds to join in the annual event. The streets bustle with swirling theatrical dancing accompanied by musicians and the singing of the May song.

Padstow is famous for its beautiful beaches and bays, being easy to visit a different one every day of the week. Enjoy golden sand, rolling waves and stunning views.
Harlyn Bay
Trevone Bay
Harlyn’s long sweeping bay is great for the whole family, perfect for surfing, swimming and sun bathing. A spectacular place to watch the sunset over the sea.
Trevone is a beautiful bay, sheltered by cliffs it offers plenty of sand and gentle waves making it a firm family favourite.
Constantine Bay
Constantine Bay is a truly beautiful beach, its long stretch of sand is backed by dramatic dunes. This popular beach is fantastic for rock pooling.
Hawker’s Cove
Nestled on the banks of the Camel Estuary is the sheltered and secluded Hawker’s Cove.
Rock
Take the passenger ferry over to Rock to spend the day walking across the soft sand to Daymer Bay and Polzeath.
Bedruthan Steps
Bedruthan Steps, a short drive away, offers spectacular cliff-top views of North Cornwall’s rugged coast line.

Many beaches around Padstow are dog friendly all year round.
Life on the beach
Why not learn to surf? Numerous surf schools teach all ages and abilities to take to the waves. If surfing is not for you, there are many other outdoor activities to consider, including kayaking, kite surfing, sailing and coasteering.
Walkers’ Paradise
A perfect location for walking with no need for a car to be able to explore the area. Padstow Touring Park is one mile from Padstow along a public footpath. Visit the town during the day or soak up the evening atmosphere without thinking about parking.
Stunning Coast
The South West Coast Path is 630 miles, including some truly beautiful and unspoilt parts of the unique North Cornish coast around Padstow, with breathtaking views. The coastal bus route from Padstow to Newquay makes one way walks possible.
The Saint’s Way
From Padstow the path goes 30 miles inland, through varied landscapes, all the way to Fowey on Cornwall’s South Coast.
The Camel Trail
Offering easy access to the beautiful Cornish countryside the multi-use trail is perfect for walking, cycling and horse riding. The ever-changing Camel Estuary is a birdwatching paradise. The salt marsh, sandbanks and rocky shores offer the perfect habitat for many birds including large flocks of waders, peregrines, migrant osprey, kingfishers and more.
The 18 mile disused railway is mainly traffic free with striking contrasts in scenery, as it follows the path of the River Camel from Padstow to Wadebridge and then on to Bodmin.
6 miles The trail continues through the magnificent woodlands of the Camel Valley, a striking landscape to explore.

5.5 miles Follow the meandering estuary to Wadebridge, a bustling rural town with a wide range of shops and amenities where you can take a break and relax at one of the many cafĂŠs, pubs or restaurants.
Wadebridge to Bodmin
6 miles From Bodmin the trail branches off through beautiful woodland and farmland following the river up to Wenford Bridge on Bodmin Moor.
Heligan
The Lost Gardens of Heligan was voted the nation’s favourite garden. Step back in time and explore this estate garden, lovingly brought back to life after decades of neglect. Heligan regularly hold family fun days throughout the year.
Lanhydrock
A beautiful National Trust property in a stunning setting. Rebuilt after a fire in 1881, Lanhydrock House gives a glimpse of life in a state of the art Victorian country house. The large estate has a great network of paths and bike trails to explore.
Blue Reef
Blue Reef Aquarium in Newquay offers a fascinating look at native and tropical marine species. Its amazing underwater tunnel will give you a unique view of the ocean. Watch the fish and other aquatic animals up close at feeding times.

At Padstow Touring Park we care deeply about the environment and are very proud to have achieved the Gold David Bellamy Conservation Award for many years.
Around our park you will find a variety of nesting boxes to encourage a range of animals, such as birds, bats, bumblebees and butterflies. The varied trees, shrubs and plants, both native and cultivated, provide privacy to pitches, year round
interest and ensures perfect food and shelter for all manner of wildlife. Reducing our impact on the environment is also important to us, where possible we recycle and encourage our guests to do the same.

Finding us
Padstow Touring Park is easy to find, on the right-hand side of the main road to Padstow (B3274/A389) a mile from town. We suggest turning off the A30 at Indian Queens, taking the A39 towards Wadebridge, then follow the B3274 towards Padstow. If travelling from Wadebridge avoid the A389 through St Issey.
