00 RESUME
“THE GROUP” IS A CO-WORKING COMMERCIAL PROJECT FOCUSING ON CREATIVE FIELDS AND SYNERGY
COMMERCIAL
In developing a demographic for my co-working space I looked into different occupations and the type of culture created around that particular field. My interest sparked around web and graphic designers with a mix of landscape architects and Design Build firms. The project lent itself to an environmental savvy and bold space with natural materials. Critique spaces were important as well as quick-meet spots. The diversification of work comes together in these spaces and helps to incorporate a higher level of design within every realm.

THROUGHOUT THE SPACE YOU CAN FIND ARRANGEMENTS FOR PART TIME WORKERS, TELECOMMUTERS, AND FULL TIME EMPLOYEES. THE CONSULTATION SPACE INVITES NEW MEMBERS TO JOIN THE EXCITING, CREATIVE, AND INVIGORATING SPACE THAT IS “THE GROUP”.

THE TINY HOUSE PROJECT REPRESENTS A 1,000 SQUARE FOOT RESIDENCE CALLED “EVOLVE”
THE PROJECT This particular project was developed to the construction document phase with a scaled model and presentation drawings. An important project to my education, the Tiny House project taught me to think outside of the box but still create “buildable” designs 05 TINY HOUSE

1,000 SQUARE FEET OF ORIGINALITY
EVOLVE RESIDENCE 1,000 SQUARE FOOT RESIDENCE - THE TINY HOUSE PROJECT
TINY HOUSE
EVOLVE This project taught me a lot about the vital mix between forward thinking and realistic design
One Thousand square feet is an exciting challenge. Learning how to restrain and simplify yet continue with a strong design was a large part of this particular project. “Evolve” became the name of this residence because it portrayed the movement captured in the construction. Inspired by the whip of a fish’s tail, Evolve explored curves in architecture and became a creative endeavor for me as a student.
