Bank of America Pop-Up The American Way to Bank
Objective:
To Create a Pop- Up bank that will fit and adapt on various universities that is easily transportable, secure, handicap accessible, and provide the necessary spaces for business transactions. I created a pop-up bank that has a mix of interior and exterior spaces. It separates to fit on two trailers with the exterior space and handicap accessible restroom being able to attach and detach with ease. The Interior space is used for typical business transactions, whereas, the exterior space is used for an educational space and waiting area.
Concept:
The Pop-up bank will be placed on a variety of different universities; therefore, I designed the Pop-up with a sports pub feel with the USA Olympics being the team that would be featured because of sports’ ability to create a common interest amongst individuals. I created this feel to create a more relaxing and unique experience for each individual to encourage them to take advantage of all of the offerings that Bank of America can offer.
Responsibilities:

Removable for Transport the Weelchair Accessible ramp is equipped with a handicap button to ensure an easy experience.
2. ATM Experience
The ATM is used to ensure that the customers they served are able to have access to their during after hours times.
3. Video Conference Room
Perfect for conference video calls, small presentations, or 2 person meetings this space features a conference call phone that can be paired with the in room tv. for easy access.
4. Conference Room
The conference room is a multipurpose space that serves as a workers lounge where the employees can store their personal belongings securely as well as a white board for meeting purposes. The whiteboard also is hinged and locked for employee access to the back of the ATM for Upkeep
5. Exterior Educational Space and Waiting Area
The exterior space can be used for a variety of different ways. It can be used for an educational presentation, to hold different incentive events, or be a waiting area with snacks and drinks to entice guests to visit their bank on a more regular basis.
6. Teller Desk 7. Check in - Counter 8. ADA Restroom
The teller desk is the location that you would go for withdrawing cash, depositing, opening and closing accounts, or answer any questions that the customers may have. The desk is equipped with a desk cash vault for the space that it saves, as well ask, it reduces human error mistakes that can be made because the machine checks it twice. The Check in counter is the first place you see when you enter and it is the first place to go. They will check in using the tablets and specify the needs they wish to be met during their visit. The ADA restroom is accessible to the front and outside door easily. It is also olympian themed with a custom wallpaper of a logo with the U.S. Olympics logo on the wall

Secondary Education Building Objective:
To create a five-story secondary education building that meets all the needs required by the university with a variety of different rooms and spaces that must meet the required occupancy capacities by using the international building code standards.
Solution:
I created a building with similar floor plans on each floor for plumbing and electrical purposes, while also allowing for easier wayfinding abilities. The bottom floor features the cafeteria and kitchen area for easier access and noise separations from classrooms and offices. The fourth floor features large open spaces to provide a large area for possible events such as job fairs. The fifth floor consists of mostly office and conference spaces to encourage a quieter experience that encourages collaboration between the faculty members within the building

Tyrone road Kirby family residence
Objective: Julie and Pat are parents of 3 children who each have different personalities and hobbies. My goals for this project was to create a home renovation for the Kirby family that inspired by Steven Gambrel’s design style while meeting the design style of the Kirby family and reaching their functional needs for the home.
Solution:
I reworked the overall layout of the home while keeping the existing plumbing and electrical in mind. The large functional changes were creating a more formal entry instead of having to go through the kitchen. I also added on to the side of the house next to the master bedroom to create a true master bathroom, an isolated laundry room, and office space because Julie worked from home.
Concept:
Designed in pastel colors the home has a cottage feel that accompanies the forest like feel to the outside of the home. A central dining room in an open concept layout allows the family to gather in their favorite part of the home. While also giving Julie and Pat their own getaway on the other side of the home.

Objective:
1920’s Kitchen Remodel
To take an outdated 1920’s kitchen to modern technologies while maintaining its character and creating a more functional space for the small family.
Concept: Removing the wall between the kitchen and the dining room, I created a more open concept to create easier flow from the kitchen to the dining room with a peninsula dividing them to still maintain the distinction between the two spaces.

Scandanavian Kitchen Objective:
To create an organizational plan for a younger married couple who wish for a modern technological home with organic characteristics.
Concept:
I was inspired by the Scandanavian style for this home because of the clean lines, white finishes, and natural maple wood accents. It met all the needs of the couple and provided the appropriate storage, built in seating, and functional cooking flow for multiple people to cook in the kitchen at the same time.
