Pakim’s House My Home My Neighbours Residential : 120 sqm.

is Project was given to students to design their own house which integrated their personality and group activity into the concept. Gardening was the main activity of the village so all villagers had to seperated their sites to be the garden ans calnals as common area as shown in site layout. I am a lonesome person so I designed my home to have less wall as I can by facing all living area to my best friend’s house next to me and the common garden area. withno wall and using curtain instead when I want to stay in privacy. e house also have stairs which connected from the garden to the entrance to lead the villagers to have more interaction by designing the roof top to be the village’s meeting area to have a picnic or night party. A giant swing located on the stairson the front side of the house to make people want to sit on it and enjoy view of the garden and canals. And the wood sticks shown in model photos and drawing represented the original trees located in site before the constructed.

Banglampoo Civic Center Civic Center Public + Commercial : 1,200 sqm.

is project focused on designing an architecture that connect people in the community by using circulation and also using colors that represent the idea of ai folk song to show the charming identity of Banglamphu which is a neighbourhood located in Bangkok old town and has a long history and community that still looks like what they used to be fora long time by not adhere to ai traditional style. Because of the uncomplex function of this program, I deicided to add the idea of Algorithm process to random the colors of louvers and also generated landscape by ramdoming grass or stone on 1.20x1.20m grid on Random.org to generate posibility that was choosen by computer to make the building to give people new experience and perception of space by logics as a part of the processes.

Surin Detention Center Detention Center + Sta Domitory Government Building : 18,000 sqm.

e program is aiming to design the detention center for young people who convicted of crimes. e environment and space inside have to make them in calm so they will have time to thinking about things they have done and to persuade them to be good people again. Moreover this building have not to look like a real jail but all function of this program is actually jail, security is the most important and also the circulations have to be clear and seperately between boys and girls. So I decided to design this detention center by using material that make kids feel more comfortable like wood in every spaces they always have interaction with and also using water feature and placed Buddha statue on the water in the welcome space before they get to their own area of security and they can also see this space from stairs in each of their area but not seeing each other.

Nirvana Service Apartment Luxury Service Apartment Residential : 12,000 sqm.

e program is aiming to design the luxury service apartment for Nirvana Daii PLC. , the residential developer company. By program was guided to have 4 low rise buildings in each have not more than 4,000 sqm. e idea of this project is design that the rooms that face to one another have to keep the privacy for the guests and integrated an idea of good environment to public space of this building. e facade of this building also trying to give guests best at privacy and adequate natural light. Corridors also provide natural light from the window in horizontal and vertical way from skylight down through the atrium by not just to provide light to the space but also provide good ventilation too.

Georgetown Heritage Hotel Small Luxury Hotel Hotel : 6,000 sqm.

e program give opportunity to design a small luxury hotel in world heritage site. By the new buildings have to respect the surrounding. is project students have to study the element of Peranakan shophouse’s facade and consider dot line and plane of the old facade to design the new facade by using the old elements. In this project I rearrange and design 4-storey shophouse facade to be the hotel facade. Designing the layout is one of the most important point. e hotel guests have to percived the peaceful atmosphere and the romantic spaces in the hotel. Also studying and designing many types of luxury hotel guestrooms layout that suitable with the new facade.

SCG HQ Office Headquarter Office Building + Commercial + Innovation Center : 40,000 sqm.

e program aims to give the students to design high rise building which contains complicated functions such as office spaces, retail, 1,200 persons-auditorium and also give the identity to the building through the visual design. SCG HQ is headquarter of Siam Cement Group which majority of their businesses are all about cement. e idea of this building came from the process of how to get cement. e worker have to bomb some part of moutain and also destroy the froest. So I tried to put the trees back on this tower’s terraces to make this building looks very green and also good for envronment. By rearrange by gradation and ramdom to provide natrual light to tree and space inside the building. Landscape around the tower was design in order to be a part of the building and the innovation center’s roof was design to be part of landscape and to let the natural light inside in the daytime and can let people to walk up on the roof and enjoy their outdoor activity.

VARIOUS TREE TERRACES WAS RANDOMED IN ORDER TO GIVE NATURAL LIGHT TO TREES AND ALSO THE SPACE INSIDE.

Bangkok Performing Art Center Auditorium + Commercial : 20,000 sqm.

Students in this project was given a very beautiful site next to Chaopraya river in Bangkok to design an auditorium for Bangkok. My idea is to make this auditorium not just to be an auditorium but also the place that can be opened to public for community activities. e landscape became the key to lead people to come to this place to do the outdoor activity or outdor show like hiphop dance show or some street performances e step was set up on the roadside to make the space more quiet from the road and give the opportunity to see the beautiful view. e giant roof was designed to protect people from rain and also protect too much natural light. I design many of unit 5x5m roof from the lightness roof to darkness roof and analysis the spaces under if that area need more or less light so them will be rearranged to give them a shade and shadow. e auditorium inside was designed by principle of auditorium design. ere are 3 performance spaces, Grand auditorium, Small auditorium and Blax Box theatre. e facade of all were installed LED light to illuminate at night and to show up interesting information.
