Niki is aged 35 but lives her life like a 25-year-old, showing that maturity is not just about age. Suddenly, circumstances force her to reconsider her life and come to grips with all her relationships and life decisions.
Writer-director Lisa Aschan’s third feature and sequel to her award-winning She Monkeys, focuses on three generations of women and their struggles to communicate with each other.
A warm, cheeky coming-of-age comedy about the most difficult and humorous of relationships, that between a mother and her daughter, this film’s title suggests exactly what to do when life becomes hard: Call Mum!
