Brief
Location DELHI Climate- Composite Context- The site is attached to the phase 1 of the wayco coworking spaces. It is approached by a 5m primary road on the northern side. It is surrounded by neighbouring commercial buildings on western and eastern sides. The design compromising of a ground floor plus a mezzanine has a total built area of 1700sqm. 1200sqm of built area on the ground floor including a recpetion with flexi desks, a cafe, 7 private meeting rooms and cabins, fixed desks, a lounge and a patio has been designed for this project

Moodboard Colors and their perceptions are responsible for a series of conscious and subconscious stimuli in our psycho-spatial relationship. Despite its presence and its variations, it is present in all places. Mixed with materials, we introduce character and life to that space. The following project has been explored and detailed based on this very principle with the images on the side giving a cursory glance into the Wayco Coworking Space recreated.
