Dennis and Patsy Browning, of Palm Coast, sold 113 Island Estates Parkway to Celia Michelle Panovich and Donald Panovich, of Palm Coast, for $1,650,000. Built in 2006, the house is a 4/3.5 and has a fireplace, outdoor kitchen, pool, boat house, boat dock, hot tub and 4,333 square feet of space. It sold in 2016 for $1.1 million.
