We are committed to quality, service and supply, and with this in mind and the ongoing problems with raw materials and labour in China our commitment is to achieve and maintain our promise; therefore the deadline for Christmas orders has been brought forward to 30/04/2011. We have to ensure our Fair-trade factories who manufacture our products have the time to source the raw materials,arrange adequate labour to ensure the goods are produced to a high standard and on time to meet requested ship dates to the UK and most importantly delivery to you... All orders placed on or before this date will be marked ‘priority’ supply for required delivery date and stock fulfilment. Orders placed after this time regrettably cannot be guaranteed but of course we will endeavour to supply where possible. Please help us to achieve our aim and place your order before the 30/04/2011
