Aspect member’s recent experience I first met Liz at an ASPECT event in June 2009. Following Liz’s presentation I asked Liz if it would be in order to contact her regarding my aged aunt and her finances. Liz made an appointment to meet with us both to explore the current position and offer advice. When my aunt met Liz, she felt immediately at ease. Liz has such an easy manner, which removed any anxieties my aunt may have had. Liz was so understanding of my aunt’s position and of her needs financially. She openly yet fully explained the best way to structure her finances and undertook to fully explore all the options available to provide the best position possible. Due to my aunt’s age, Liz dealt directly with myself to arrange visits and to seek further information she required, but did not in any way remove the decision making process from my aunt. The information Liz presented was left with us for me to discuss further and clarify for my aunt. Nothing has been too much trouble for Liz and the financial arrangements Liz has advised and secured has significantly reduced my aunt’s anxieties about her estate. The experience of Liz working with my aunt over the last five months has been second to none. We are looking forward to a long and productive professional relationship with Palm Financial Care Limited and with Liz in particular.
