Are you interested in becoming an Argyle ISD Eagle Partner? The district's Eagle Partner Program was established to allow local businesses to partner with our school district. Through this partnership, business owners are able to directly support our teachers and students while receiving benefits from our district's marketing options. The program helps us form relationships with local businesses. We value our relationships and we value our Eagle Partners!
WHICH PARTNERSHIP IS BEST FOR YOU? District Level At the district level, the sponsorship is $4,000 per year. Included in the district level partnership is: An ad in the district's digital newsletter, The Eagle Update. This digital newsletter is sent out via email to all Argyle ISD parents, teachers and staff weekly throughout the school year. You will receive an ad in the district's magazine, Insights. You will be listed as an Eagle Partner in each magazine issue for the school year, you will receive a full article in one issue of Insights, and an ad on the district's website. You will receive (1) ad each month on the district's social media Facebook/Twitter for that school year. Your business will also receive a video commercial announcing the partnership. The video will then be shared on the district's social media.*District Level Partners have district level exclusivity only.
District Calendar Adopter The cost to adopt the Argyle ISD District Calendar is $4,000. This sponsorship includes your business name/logo/photo and contact information on the school district's calendar (paper form and digital). You will also receive an ad in the AISD Eagle Update digital newsletters for the 2020 - 2021 school year and one half page ad in the fall 2020 issue of the AISD Insights Magazine. This sponsorship is considered a district level sponsorship.
Campus Level The campus level is $750 for one nine weeks. You can choose which campus you want to adopt. You will receive an ad in each Eagle Update Newsletter for that nine weeks, a small ad announcement in the Insights Magazine for that quarter and (1) ad on the district's social media - Facebook/Twitter for that nine weeks. *There is no exclusivity for campus level partners.
Magazine Cover Sponsor The Magazine Cover Sponsorship is $2,000. You will receive a cover photo and a full two page article highlighting your business, organization and/or family.
Advertisement/In Kind Sponsor If you are interested in just sponsoring an ad for your business, the cost is $250 to have one ad sent out via email to the parents, teachers and staff in the school district. In - Kind donations are accepted. You can donate items to be given to teachers, staff and/or students. Depending on the value of the items donated, you will either receive a campus or district level sponsorship.
T-Shirt Sponsor The T-Shirt Sponsorship typically costs around $4,000. The sponsorship covers the cost of all of the shirts for every district employee. The sponsor will receive their name/logo on the back of the t-shirt. The shirts are given to every employee in Argyle ISD.
New Eagle Academy Sponsor The New Eagle Academy Sponsors pay $350.00 to sponsor a breakfast or lunch for all of the new teachers and staff in Argyle ISD. The week of new staff training is typically held the last week of July through the first week in August. The New Eagle Academy is a week of training for all of the new teachers and staff. At the New Eagle Academy, the sponsors have the ability to introduce themselves to the new teachers and staff and pass out marketing materials. The $350 donation covers the cost of the meals. There are eight spots open each year. Photos are also taken at the New Eagle Academy and each sponsor will have their photo in the fall issue of the district's magazine, Insights. They will also have their photo shared on the district's social media outlets - Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
Convocation & End of Year Sponsor
The Argyle ISD Convocation & End of Year Events both offer the teachers and staff in the district an opportunity to celebrate the beginning of the school year and the end. The events give our sponsors an opportunity to show the teachers and staff how much they are appreciated. The sponsorship for Convocation and the End of the Year Dinner, each individually is usually around $6,000 - $8,000. The donated amount will cover the cost of food for all of the teachers and staff to enjoy at the event. As the sponsor, you are considered a district level partner. You will be able to speak to all of the teachers and staff at the event sponsored, pass out marketing materials and have your logo/marketing information on all of the advertisements for the event.

There is no exclusivity with the campus level partners. All partners are required to sign a commitment form for their payment. Advertisement will begin once the payment is recieved.
