The Farm-To-Table Program is a partnership between Headwaters (the local educational foundation), Rappahannock County Public Schools and other community organizations, including the Rappahannock County Farm Bureau, the Young Farmland Fund and Sunnyside Institute. 4-H is an education program of the Virginia Cooperative Extension that assists youths aged 5 to 19 in acquiring the knowledge, life skills and attitudes that will enable them to become self-directing, contributing and productive members of society.
