Profile Motivated professional Graduate Architect with over 5 years’ experience in residential and commercial projects overseas and in Melbourne, Australia. I have a strong background in architectural documentation and design. I am passionate about the project process, from their conception until the finishing. I strongly believe that architecture has the power to determine the quality of life of its inhabitants and a good design is key. As well as creativity as a tool to make us think further in any field. I have excellent communication skills and I am committed to continuous learning. I am highly flexible and a hard-worker, driven by high ethical principles and quality standards and I am able to work as part of a team as well as work independently.

Agero Group is an Interior Design Studio based in Melbourne focused on developing commercial and work spaces .
I was responsible for the refurbishment of the interior of a family country house. Specifically Kitchen, living room and Bathroom.

Duties and Responsibilities: • Preparation of sketch designs, town planning, design development, construction documentation, interior design drawings. • Model making, site inspections and measure and sketch design. • Manage the development and working drawings processes according to the clients’ budget • Write up building plans and assist in the presentation of materials. • Render Producer; interior and exterior designs. • Receive and revise details from design. engineers to determine exact measurements for our drawings preparations. Accomplishments: • Working Drawings, Town Planning and Marketing Plans for development of residential apartments. A 5 storey building at Lygon street, Brunswick. • I have been designing a luxury residential project with 800m2 projected in one property from the conception until Town Planning. The project is located in Warrandyte, VIC.

The project is located in a zone of future urban expansion in the city of Melbourne, acquiring specific characteristics for the reduction of power consumption. Tasks: - I was in charge of the overall design of the house, selecting the style and materials. - Development of Town Planing.

LYGON ST APARTMENT BUILDING Shouman Spaces Brunswick, Victoria. The project consists of the design of a residential building, with a commercial ground floor and 5 levels of apartments. Tasks: - Participation in the design of facades. - Development of working drawings with floors, sections, elevations, construction details, concrete slab plans and the design of perforated steel panels.

HUNTER ST HOUSE Shouman Spaces Northcote, Victoria. The project comprises in the design of a unit of single-family detached homes in a residential neighbourhood in the suburbs of the city of Melbourne. Task: - Production of Town Planning, with floors, elevations, shadow plan, surface diagrams and 3d views to be approved by the council and re-entered after certain corrections. - Production of the Working Drawings documentation, with plans, sections, elevations, construction details, schedules. To be reviewed with the building engineer.

CLEGHORN HOUSE Shouman Spaces Altona North, Victoria. The project comprises in the design of two units of single-family detached homes in a residential neighbourhood in the suburbs of the city of Melbourne. Task: - I was in charge of the design of the main façade, with the challenge of creating two different units between each other to preserve a sense of identity, but at the same time, creating a union between both of them through the materials and the architectural language. - Production of Town Planning, with floors, elevations, shadow plan, surface diagrams and 3d views to be approved by the council and re-entered after certain corrections. - Production of the Working Drawings documentation, with plans, sections, elevations, construction details, schedules. To be reviewed with the building engineer.

DEGREE PROJECT Universidad Central Constitucion, Chile It comprises the design of a research and forestry training centre. Gathering the programmatic scarcity of the city of Concepción, the project is inspired by the local geography. Particularly, in its characteristic rocks, reinterpreting and acquiring this language in the form of removed mass, creating 4 blocks situated on the peak of the hill. The project is based on a local and regional approach, gathering the specific interests of the research study as well as of leisure.
