Avocado Toast With Egg
Avocado, egg, and turkey bacon may be the best combination ever created. Serves 1 → Total Time: 3 minutes You’ll Need
Directions
2 eggs 1 piece precooked turkey bacon 1 sandwich thin or English muffin ¼–½ fresh avocado, seeded and mashed
1. Crack the eggs into the bottom of the
Breakfast Sandwich Maker and whisk. Add the bacon to the deep insert and microwave for 1 minute.
2. Add the bread to the shallow insert and
microwave for 30 more seconds. Remove from the microwave, assemble, and top with mashed avocado.
