No-Bake Date Bars
These date bars make a tasty post-workout snack. And since they’re made with all-natural ingredients, you’ll feel great about eating them! No-Bake Date Bars

You’ll Need
oz. (450 g) pitted dates cups (750 mL) water cup (75 mL) raw almonds cup (75 mL) raw cashews cup (75 mL) coconut flour
Directions

Combine the dates and water in the Large Micro-Cooker ®
and microwave, covered, on HIGH for 4–6 minutes. Remove from the microwave and drain well. Uncover and let the dates cool for 10 minutes.
2. Chop the almonds and cashews with the Food Chopper.
3. Place the cooked dates in the Manual Food Processor and process, 1 cup (250 mL) at a time, until they form a paste.
4. Combine the dates, almonds, cashews, and coconut flour in a large mixing bowl and stir to combine.
5. Use a scant Large Scoop to press the mixture into the wells of the Snack Bar Maker. Cover and chill in the freezer for 1 hour, or in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
