FAQ 1. How Do I Sign Up to Be a Consultant? Fill out a consultant agreement to start your Pampered Chef business.
2. How much does it cost to become a Consultant? You choose your kit when you sign a consultant agreement, and it will ship to you within a few days. This is your up-front investment (no hidden fees!). You’ll choose from: The Starter Kit for $109. The Deluxe Kit for $159. or The Ultimate Kit for $249. -- It’s our most popular kit and gives you the biggest selection of products. Choose your kit based on the types of parties you’d like to have and the investment you’re comfortable making. Besides products, each kit contains everything you need to start your business right away. TIP: Start for as little as $59. When you host a party, you can use part of your host rewards toward your kit (depending on your guest sales).
3. I’ve Never Sold Anything Before. Is There Training? The moment you start your business, you join an active, supportive community. There’s lots of training, both in person and online. PAMPERED CHEF BY CAROL G.
FAQ 4. Are there any hidden fees? No there are no hidden fees. The only other thing you must have is a catalog. You get 25 seasonal and 25 mini catalogs with your kit order. You'll want to replenish those since they are a major source of marketing for your business!
5. Is there a minimum I need to sell? To enjoy the perks of being a consultant, you’ll want to submit at least $150 in personal sales consistently. That's only one party or perhaps 2 orders per month.
6. How do I get FREE and/or Discounted products? As a consultant, you can buy products any time at a 20%– 50% discount based on your title. While you earn commissions every month, you’re also earning extra rewards like free product and supplies to invest in your business.
7. Does the company provide consultants with a web site? If so, what is the cost? With your kit, you'll get a web site and customer email subscription for free for 90 days. After that you can choose a 6-month subscription of your web site and ebiz tools for $66 or a 12-month subscription for $120. You do NOT have to have a web site to be a consultant and you'll still be able to enter orders online. BUT, your customers will not be able to shop with you online without it. FAQ 8. How are consultants paid by Pampered Chef? Consultants are paid by direct deposit on the 5th and 24th of each month (may vary by one day or so depending on holidays, your bank, etc.)
9. Is there a penalty or fee if I decide later that it's not for me? We know you are going to LOVE being a Pampered Chef Consultant. But if you should decide its not the right fit for you we will simply let the home office know of your decision. Just one more reason why you've gotten nothing to lose by trying it out!!!
