Bengaluru opened in May 2019. The 30 storey hotel has 191 guest rooms, 39 plush suites, and 105 residential units. The sprawling hotel has a modern aesthetic with contemporary interiors, designed by the acclaimed Yabu Pushelberg.

WHAT’S IT LIKE Four Seasons

Bengaluru symbolises the unique blend of the city’s cosmopolitan and innovative spirit. With a well-manicured Butterfly Garden and Ribbon Lawn, the hotel premises are ideal for tranquil evening walks. The 30 m heated outdoor pool provides a place to unwind from the city bustle. The hotel is beautifully designed with a unique collection of artwork created by twenty five contemporary Indian artists.

WHERE IS IT Located in North

Bengaluru in the heart of Embassy ONE development, the hotel o ers equidistant access to o ices, shopping, plenty of dining options, tech parks, and other tourist attractions. It is conveniently located just thirty minutes from the Kempegowda International Airport.

ROOMS Guests can choose from a wide range of rooms and suites for their stay, including the Superior and Deluxe rooms, Garden suite, Imperial suite, and Executive suite. I stayed in the Executive suite that sprawls over 64 sq m, and o ers panoramic views of the cityscape. It floors and a muted colour-scheme, the suite presented a feeling of relaxation. The hotel o ered a customisable Four Seasons Bed, amongst other amenities like cotton bathrobes, an in-room co ee machine, and a safe that was large enough for laptops. With a separate living room and bedroom area, the suite was built perfectly to have guests or colleagues over.

FOOD AND DRINK The hotel has a wide selection of restaurants and bars to choose from. The Lobby Lounge and Terrace is ideal for relaxed moments through the day, right from afternoon tea, an evening snack of pastries, or a drink of whisky as a nightcap. Speaking of whisky, one cannot miss The Collection, a lounge which has a curated collection of whiskies from around the world. One can have light snacks and tropical drinks by the poolside bar. Dine at Far & East, to taste Chinese, Japanese and Thai delicacies. I had an excellent dinner here, paired with a glass of red wine. It has a modern ambience and mouth-watering dishes ranging from Peking duck, dim sums, and sashimi. During my stay I had a bu et breakfast at CUR8, which serves Indian and Italian fare.I had drinks and sushi

MEETINGS The hotel o ers 1541 sqm of meeting and event space. Its largest ballroom is 546 sqm, and it also has an indoor banquet hall with the capacity of 870. The terrace provides outdoor banquet space, which is ideal for around 200 people. The hotel o ers three meeting rooms: Nectar room, Lotus room, and the Director’s room. With three ballrooms including the Grand Ballroom, Garden Room, and Terrace, Four Seasons Bengaluru is wellequipped to hold meetings and events.

LEISURE The hotel has a 30 m long outdoor swimming pool that is ideal for a relaxed swim. Get in a quick workout upon the background of lush lawns and pool views at the hotel’s fitness centre. The Butterfly Garden and Ribbon Lawn are great for contemplative evening strolls, or early morning walks. Don’t miss out on Infuse Spa, which has 11 treatment rooms and a number of treatments like a co ee scrub, candle massage, and chocolate and spice trail treatment.

VERDICT Four Seasons Bengaluru is a haven of luxury and relaxation. It brings together the best of both worlds, with its convenient location and commitment to hospitality. This hotel is great for families and business travellers alike.

BACKGROUND Hilton Goa Resort marks Hilton’s third property in Goa. The hotel’s strategic location makes it ideal for work as well as relaxation, as Hilton o ers its signature hospitality and leisure to business travellers.

WHAT’S IT LIKE I liked how The Hilton Goa creates a fine ambiance by melding contemporary design with local Goan highlights. The hotel was extremely easy to find, and the interiors were spacious, with no unnecessary queues to wait in by the reception desk. The open space by the right of the reception housed the dining and breakfast area, creating a cheerful environment.

WHERE IS IT Located on Saipem Hills, surrounded by lush green slopes, Hilton Goa Resort overlooks the scenic Nerul river. It is just ten minutes from Calangute and Candolim beaches and in proximity to plenty of shopping areas, historical sites, and nightlife in the city centre. The resort is conveniently located an hour’s drive away from the airport.
