BAKED SNOW CRAB WITH LEMON AIOLI

Ingredients

• 2 lb. Panamei® Snow Crab Clusters

• ½ cup mayonnaise

• 1 Tbsp lemon juice

• 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard

• 1 garlic clove, minced

• Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

Thaw the crab legs according to package instructions.

To make the lemon aioli, whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, garlic, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Set aside.

Preheat the oven to 375°F.

Place the crab legs in a large baking dish and drizzle the lemon aioli over the top.

Bake the crab legs in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the crab meat is heated through.

Remove the crab legs from the oven and serve on a hot platter with the lemon aioli for dipping.
