CILANTRO-LIME SHRIMP SHOOTERS

Ingredients

• 1 lb. Diamond Reef® Shrimp,

• Cooked, Peeled, Tail-on (Large Size)

• 1 cup mayo

• 1 lime, juiced

• ¼ cup cilantro, finely chopped

• ¼ cup green onion, finely chopped

• Sea salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

Thaw shrimp and pat them dry to remove excess moisture.

Add mayo, cilantro, green onion, lime, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl. Gently fold to combine all the ingredients.

Arrange six shot glasses on a tray and assemble the shooters by placing one or two shrimp in the bottom. Then, add a spoonful of the cilantro-lime tartar sauce, and finish with one shrimp on top.

Add fresh cilantro leaves or a lime wedge to garnish and serve cold.
