Application

CONTROL –B422 can be added in to the water treatment system by using a chemical pump or manual dripping. The amount needed 5005000 ppm or depends on the pH increasing required. ClearChem-B450 Water Clarifier Coagulant Type ClearChem-B450 is a water clarifier coagulant type that is formulated specially to meet the conditions of a specific water type. It is a result of extensive, on site, jar test using fresh field water sample and operating conditions of that the field / location. Eonchemicals has various types of coagulant products to purify water. Equal this product as TREAT CL 2010, 2009, 2013, etc

Benefits  ClearChem-B450 is formulated to coagulate the particle that is present in the discharge water. The coagulated particle will fall to the bottom, to produce clean water.  Using ClearChem-B450 , optimum water clarifier is achieved at the current process conditions.  The water produced will have a solid content and low turbidity.  To get the best/complete separation, coagulant aid can also be combined with the water clarifier chemical types Flocculants aid.  Coagulant powder can dilute to 1%, or 10 kg coagulant diluted in 1000 Liter fresh water.

Application ClearChem-B450 (as liquid 1% ) should be injected continuously into the flowing water. Possible injection points are: intake feed water pump or inlet separation tank. The injection rate is about 1000 - 5000 ppm base on raw of water (as 1%). The actual dosage should be optimizing in the field by jar test. Be careful of over treatment.

FlocChem-B455 Water Clarifier Flocculants Type FlocChem-B455 is a Water Clarifier that is formulated specially to meet the conditions of a specific water typical. Benefits  FlocChem-B455 is formulated to flocculated the particle that is present in the discharge water. The flocculated particle will rise to the top, after that the flocculated will drop to the bottom, to produce clean water.  Using FlocChem-B455 , optimum oil or TSS removal is achieved at the current process conditions.  The water that is discharged would have a low TSS content and turbidity.  FlocChem-B455 is compatible with Coagulant aid and other treating chemicals.

Application FlocChem-B455 should be injected continuously into the flowing water. Possible injection points are: water leg of the separators or intake Tank. The injection rate is about 10-20 ppm (from the main concentration 1000 ppm) base on produce water. The actual dosage should be optimized in the field.

TreatChem -B444 Multi Purpose Chemical TreatChem-B444 is a chemical that is specifically formulated to prevent problems that often arise in the boiler s scale, corrosion and carry-over. AlkChem-B470 Alkalinity Control AlkChem-B470 is a concentrated alkaline liquid. It is used to adjust boiler water P.Alkalinity and pH. Used in conjunction with ScaleChem, AlkChem-B470 prevents the formation of scale deposits. Application Benefits Economical AlkChem-B470 is economical. Usage is by dilution with 4 parts to 10 parts of water. Adjust P-Alkalinity and pH AlkChem-B470 can adjust P-Alkalinity and pH in boiler water.

Dosage, Testing and Control : The boiler water daily alkalinity and or pH test result determines the necessary dosage. ScaleChem -B500 Scale Inhibitor for Boiler Treatment ScaleChem-B500 is a phosphonate base scale inhibitor designed for low to medium pressure boilers up to 600 psig. ScaleChem-B500 is a complete internal treatment product containing dispersant, sludge conditioner and sequestrant. Benefits  Complete line of polyacrylic acids and polycarboxylates type polymers effective in boiler system.  Inhibit scale formation and deposition in boiler system  Effectively disperse scale and deposit in boiler system It is recommended for use in boilers  having zeolite softened or low hardness feed water. ScaleChem-B477 Scale Phosphate Boiler ScaleChem-B477 is a phosphate base scale inhibitor designed for low to medium pressure boilers up to 600 psig. ScaleChem-B477 is a complete internal treatment product containing dispersant, sludge conditioner and sequestrant.

Benefit  ScaleChem-B477 is very effective in preventing and dispersing carbonate and sulphate scales.  It is recommended for use in boilers having zeolite softened or low hardness feed water.  Proper use of ScaleChem-B477 will result in clean boilers.

Application Under normal conditions, the required residual concentration of ScaleChem-B477 in the boiler water will be 20-50 ppm. The correct dosage will vary depending on the calcium hardness content of the feed water.

An approximate dosage can be calculate as follows:

P = (Ca x 7.3) + {(R x 13) / C} Where, P = ppm of EONSCALE B5777 in the feed water Ca = calcium hardness content in the feed water R = residual of ES B5777 in the boiler water (ppm) C = cycles of concentration

OxyChem-B600 Oxygen Scavengers for Boiler OxyChem-B600 is an oxygen scavenger specially formulated to remove oxygen from water on water treatment plant. It is suitable for use in boiler feed water treatment for low , medium or high pressure boilers. OxyChem-B600 will protect pipes boiler and steam system equipment from oxygen corrosion. Benefits  Fast acting. Contains catalyst to speed up oxygen removal.  Stable. Will not easy to lose activity with age.  The reaction with oxygen does not add to dissolved solids in boiler water.

Application OxyChem-B600 should be fed to the storage section of the deaerator or to a point as far upstream from the boiler as possible. In application, calculate concentration of OxyChem-B600 as Sulphite content. Each part of dissolved oxygen in the water uses up one parts of sulphite. (1 ppm O2: 10 ppm sulphite ). Maintain OxyChem-B600 residual at 2 ppm as sulphite, for boiler with pressure <600 psig and ppm as sulphite for boiler with pressure >600 psig min 2 ppm. Add enough OxyChem-B600 to remove the oxygen and maintain the required residual.

CorrChem-B605 Corrosion Inhibitor for Boiler CorrChem-B605 is Corrosion Inhibitor specially formulated from Hydroxylamine 30%. It is suitable for use in boiler feed water treatment for low , medium or high pressure boilers. CorrChem-B605 will protect pipes boiler and steam system equipment from pitting corrosion. Application The dosage of CorrChem-B605 is directly related to the amount of bicarbonate alkalinity in the feed water. P = A x 1.15 P = ppm of CorrChem-B605 A = bicarbonate alkalinity in the feed water The amount of CorrChem-B605 needed is the ppm of CorrChem-B605 needed multiply by the amount of steam produced each day. Antifoam-B200 Anti-foaming or Defoaming Agents Antifoam-B200 is a high performance antifoam developed scientifically formulated for use in steam boilers. It is used to prevent boiler water carryover due to unwanted foaming and acts at the water/steam interface to control unwanted foam generation. Fast knock down action. Application  Dose Antifoam-B200 at 1.5 - 3.0 ppm into the boiler feed water.  Dose in proportion to the flow.  Use a positive displacement chemical injection pump.  Severe carryover and priming problems should be investigated. Antifoam should not be used to 'cover  up' problems related to system design. Antifoam-B200 is miscible with  other water treatment products. Condens-B222 Neutralizing Amines for Condensate Condens-B222 condensate corrosion inhibitor is a liquid alkaline amine used to control corrosion in condensate return lines and on steam condensing surfaces by traveling and condensing with the steam. Condens-B222 inhibitor neutralizes the corrosive effects of carbonic acid formed by carbon dioxide and maintains non-corrosive pH conditions from the point of condensation onward throughout the system. Condens-B222 corrosion inhibitor is used in our standard boiler water treatment programs for low-pressure boiler systems (0-32 bar) and medium-pressure steam propulsion vessels (32-60 bar).

DesChem-B255 Scale Remover / Dispersant DesChem-B255 is a liquid chemical that is able to soften the crust that formed in the boiler system so that the crust will come out at the time of the blowdown. DesChem-B255 can be used when the boiler is operating.

SCC-B401 Coal Fuel Additive SABER Combustion Catalyst , SCC-B401 can improvecombustion efficiency boiler / heatproduction system and also can reduce the emission levels of the system. SCC-B401 is an additive that is also changing the morphology of the particles, can reduce ash deposits or Coating, Fouling and ash Clinkering tendency to change the eutectic structure of ash, so that the thermal efficiency can be improved. Benefit  SABER Combustion Catalyst ,SCC-B401 is suitable for use in boiler and superheated that use coal fuel  Entered directly into the combustion chamber and turned into gas. It reacts with sulfur oxides to form SO2.  To avoid the formation of SO is easy to 3  join and water vapor into sulfuric acid. SO2 is a catalyst sodium  vanadylvanadates formation. Furthermore, the formation of deposits  can be avoided and the gases leaving the boiler together other flue gas.

Application Total of doses to lower slag coal ash viscosity to 250 poise in combustion temperature can be calculated from chemical analysis of coal ash. Giving initial dose is 1 kg to 2 Tons of coal solid. Furthermore, the dose of catalyst is gradually reduced to 300 gr/ton - 500 gr/ton. SABER Combustion Catalyst SCC-B401 can be administered directly into the combustion chamber or mixed through a belt conveyor and distributed in the form of gas to all parts of the flame.

SCC-B402 Solid Fuel Additive SABER Combustion Catalyst, SCC-B402 is solid chemicals that can help fuel in order to achieve combustion value so that thermal energy contained in fuel can be utilized optimally and heat transfer will run perfectly. These chemicals are suitable for solid fuels.

Application SCC-B402 mixed with fuels that are already in the combustion chamber and is in the process of combustion. The catalysts are sown in the combustion chamber. This catalyst will sublimate perfectly so that the gas produced provide stimulus to the fuel to achieve combustion value so that the thermal energy from fuel can be incurred perfectly. The number of chemicals that should be added the combustion process depends on the amount of fuel being used, 1 Kg of catalyst used for 3 Tons of fuel.

BacChem-N460 Biocide Non-Oxidator for Cooling Water BacChem-N460 is high performance non-oxidizing biocides are used to control microbiological activity in cooling water industrial and process water treatment activities. They are often used in combination with oxidising biocides to provide complete system control. Benefit  BacChem-N460 is a highly effective non-oxidizing, non-ionic biocide based on isothiazoline at a concentration of 0,5% and 3%.  BacChem-N460 is a versatile, multiuse biocide that can be used in cooling water systems, closed systems, for sanitizing reverse osmosis systems, and peripheral equipment ahead of these systems.  High performance non-foaming isothiazoline based micro-biocide for industrial cooling water systems.  BacChem-N460 less Toxically, can biodegradable.  Broad spectrum micro-biocide effective at lower concentrations. Application  Dosage rate for BacChem-N460 is normally around 50-100 ppm though this can vary depending on application.  BacChem-N460 is normally shot fed according to the label instructions. The technical specialist servicing the facility will provide specific treatment control levels based on system conditions.  BacChem-N460 is normally fed neat directly from the shipping container. BacChem-Ox445 Biocide Oxidator for Cooling Water BacChem-Ox445 range of high performance sodium hypochlorite chemicals also known as "cal hypo" are available in liquid forms. These highly concentrated liquid hypochlorite products deliver up to 17% available chlorine and are used extensively in a wide range of cooling water treatment, industrial and municipal applications where their safety, quality and performance characteristics offer significant environmental, operational and financial benefits. Application BacChem-Ox445 can be using with batch treatment about 100-1500 ppm every week. Higher dosages can be applied for special types of treatment. Dosage for continuous injection is about 20-100 ppm.

CorrChem-CS405 is an environmentally friendly, biodegradable scale and corrosion inhibitor that delivers superior results, protecting systems against the corrosion of steel, copper and brass, as well as containing an effective dispersant. In addition CorrChem-CS405 is stable to both chlorine and bromine at the levels normally found in cooling systems. Application CorrChem-CS405 should be dosed to give 100 - 150 ppm for open systems and 1000 - 1500 ppm for closed systems. It is important when starting up a new system or re-starting an existing open cooling system apply a dose of 300 ppm. Enhanced corrosion control can be obtained by back blending 20 - 60 ppm hardness into the system. NOTE - Always consider the cooling tower manufacturers control limits.

OxyChem-CW430 DEHA, Oxygen Scavenger OxyChem-CW430 is a light yellow clear liquid colour, when facing the air the color will turn dark and the speed will even high if under strong sunshine. it is soluble in ethyl. chloroform, benzene and other organic solvent. Stable under ordinary conditions. DEHA has weal: basic reaction with phenolphthalein, litmus; Nonwutlc, have no effect to the other product Benefit  Fast acting. Can remove most of the oxygen within one minute.  Stable. Will not lose activity up to 12 months if stored out of direct sunlight. Due to the low pH, the product retains  its activity even if the drums are open.

Application In application, calculate concentration of OxyChem-CW430 as Sulphite content. Each part of dissolved oxygen in the water uses up one parts of sulphite. (1 ppm O2: 10 ppm sulphite ). Maintain OxyChem-CW430 residual at 2 ppm as sulphite. Add enough OxyChem-CW430 to remove the oxygen and maintain the required residual. Avoid inhalation of vapors. ScaleChem-CW433 Scale Inhibitor for Cooling Water ScaleChem-CW433 is scientifically formulated using an all-organic scale inhibitors designed for the treatment and protection of high stress open re-circulating cooling systems. Scale or lime-scale is a hard, rock-like deposit of calcium or magnesium salts that forms in heat exchangers and cooling tower packing as a result of heat and increased concentration factor. Scale formation impairs heat transfer, interferes with flow and cooling, and can be a breeding ground for legionella bacteria. BioChem-BD377 Bio-Dispersant for Cooling Tower BioChem-BD377 is a high performance, low foaming dispersant designed to remove and disperse organic deposits, which are biological in nature, from open recirculating cooling water systems. BioChem-BD377 is effective in dispersing microbiological slime and debris and enhancing the efficacy of oxidizing and nonoxidizing biocides. Also, by maintaining clean heat exchange surfaces, corrosion inhibitors can more readily reach the metal surface and reduce corrosion rates. Likewise, fouling caused by hydrocarbon leaks can be rapidly removed using this product. BioChem-BD377 is only recommended for open recirculating cooling water systems.

Application BioChem-BD377 should be fed continuously or slug dosed into the system at a point where it will be mixed and uniformly distributed. BioChem-BD377 is essentially noncorrosive and dosing equipment may be of mild steel, stainless steel, Teflon, polyethylene, acrylic resin or polypropylene. Dosage levels for BioChem-BD377 will be in the range of 100 ppm depending on the fouling tendency. Higher dosages may be required if the system is heavily fouled. Packaging Pail @ 25 Ltr
