ZUMBA GOLD Zumba® Gold targets the largest growing segment of the population: baby boomers. It takes the Zumba formula and modifies the moves and pacing to suit the needs of the active older participant, as well as those just starting their journey to a fit and healthy lifestyle. What stays the same are all the elements the Zumba® Fitness-Party is known for: the zesty Latin music, like salsa, merengue, cumbia and reggaeton; the exhilarating, easy-to-follow moves; and the invigorating, party-like atmosphere.
Open the body and find release and relaxation with this slow yoga practice that combines flowing movement with poses held in stillness.

For optimal health benefits, and to improve functional abilities, aim to accumulate 150 minutes of moderate- to vigorous-intensity aerobic physical activity per week in bouts of 10 minutes or more.
Moderate-intensity physical activities will make you sweat and breathe a little harder. Vigorous-intensity ones will keep you sweating and cause you to be ‘out of breath’.
Being active for at least 150 minutes per week can help reduce risk of chronic disease, and help to maintain functional independence, mobility, bone health, good mental health and overall fitness!
