The Ron Mulock AO Room is our largest indoor venue and features contemporary decor. At full size, the Ron Mulock AO Room is a spacious room perfect for larger banquets or events requiring theatre-style seating. It also features an in-room bar. The Ron Mulock AO Rooms 1 & 2 are a popular venue that can be configured to suit any style of event by utilising the soundproof, operable wall that divides the whole Ron Mulock AO Room. Room 1 or Room 2 are perfect for smaller events or break-out activities. Our Fernhill Room is the room that has it all! Located on Level 3 the Fernhill Room is fully contained with a functional builtin bar, male and female toilets as well as a smoking balcony. The room has spectacular views, thanks to the floor to ceiling glass windows overlooking the foot of the beautiful Blue Mountains and Aqua Golf Lake.

VAN Theatre

EVAN is a first class, purpose-built entertainment venue, available for private hire. It features a permatent theatrical stage, state of the art audio visual, seating for upto 900 guests, and all the services you would expect from a full production theatre. The Exhibition Marquee is an impressive exhibition-style venue and is a popular destination for many large events including trade shows and large gala dinners. The Marquee is located to the north of the Club, within a landscaped grassed area and features dedicated parking for 500 cars.
