About POKEDOG our story The brand POKEDOG is found by Pan Wang and his dog Pepper. The company is focusing on pet apparel that has their signature pocket on. The idea of POKEDOG was started in a cold winter at Pan and Pepper’s house in Boston, MA. Pan was taking a nap in his warm bed on the second floor of the house. His sister ,Kylie was on the first floor, left her cell phone in his room and was asking Pan to bring the cell phone down to her. Pan likes her sister, however, it is just too cold outside the bed, he doesn’t want to do the favor. He ask his dog Pepper to the favor instead! He found a shoe tie and tie the phone onto Pepper’s body. Peppy has become a courier! He ran to Kylie and finish the deli every. Since then, Pan has a idea. He want to make a sweater with a pocket for Pepper. So Pepper can carrying items for him.




our vision POKEDOG sweater’s biggest selling point is the pocket on the back of the sweater. The product’s idea is fun, functional, unique. We can see our product is being sold in pet stores worldwide. Pet owners and their dogs can became more interactive through our product.

our product The pocket is designed to let the pet owner put small item in it and let the pet carry it for them. For example, the pet owner can put dog treats in the pocket and their pet can enjoy the treat anytime anywhere when they earn it. When the dog is going out for a walk, the owner can put the waste bag in the pocket so the owner does not need to carry a waste bag on his hand all the time. Of course, the pet owner can used the pocket as a courier’s bag just like Pan did.


Our Customers Our ultimate customers are our best friend, our lovely dog. While our consumer, or human being will purchase the product. They love their pet, they want to give their pet the best to use, to eat and to wear. For apparel, they are looking for warm and good looking clothes for their pet.

Mary and Daisy Mary’s Age: 3 Daisy’s Age: 3 Daisy’s Size and Species: Small, Poodle Daisy is Mary’s BFF. They eat together, play together and sleep together. Mary’s parent want to buy Daisy a clothe because they just move to Vermont, it is very cold there. They also want to buy POKEDOG sweater for her because Daisy can carry Mary’s toys and dolls for Mary.

We are going to attend the P3 Progressive Pet Products Trade Show. P3 Progressive Pet Products Trade Show is a 2 day event being held from 24th August 2016 at the Navy Pier in Chicago, United States Of America. Hundreds of suppliers will showcase their products in this trade show. And thousands of buys and retailers are looking for business in the show.

collateral In the trade show, we prepared collateral for our customer to take away. We are going to make business card, a POKEDOG calendar and also an order form for them. The purpose to give out the collateral is because we want the customers in the trade show can remember us since we are a start up company.




Promotion Plan social media Since the world now is going digital, we are going to promote our brand and product through social media. We are going to make our own Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat account. For the Facebook page, we are going to make post if we have new product or event is coming up. For our Instragam, we are going to post cute photos of pet wearing our products. In Snapchat, we are recording video of pets interacting with the owner while they are wearing POKEDOG product. We will focus on Facebook and Instagram before the trade show and while the trade show. We will start making Snapcaht video after the trade show because at that time our brand will hopefully have more brand awareness and can attract the Snapchat users.


We are also sending our products to popular Instagram users, asking them to take photo with our clothing and hashtag our Instagram page. Since they have already had a lot of followers, giving them our product will gain us awareness through their followers. Hopefully, they will follower our Instagram page.
