With 700 sq.m. usable area, this house will be the second home, where can support 1 retirely’s family and their 2 children’s family. Universal design was the first concept of this house, so I decided to create one story house for eldery can easily access.

After winning the contest, SCG Home experience decided to select my design and developed to be the construction plan details. After the development, SCG and I decreased the size of the house from 700 sq.m. to 354 sq.m. for the benefit when they offering the customer. Studying the problems at the community in the Charoenkrung area, one of the great old town and ﬁlled with the tourist attraction, we found that there are many shops on the street and most of them were food and snacks shops. From our observation and research, we had seen that people standing and eating along the pavement. Lack of space for enjoying people's meal caused many problems such as obstruction of the sidewalk, garbage on sidewalks, and uncleanliness. All of this research triggered off our idea to create a uniﬁed dining area, where it can be used as a dining spot, used as a meeting space, increased green space in the district, and used as a hand washing area. This area can be used by people of any age any time.

Compact - The pavilion is compact and can be placed in many areas. The structure is lightweight yet durable, allowing easy assembly and transport. Versatile and portable, this pavilion suits a wide range of settings.

Sustain -The pavilion uses environmentally friendly materials and uses clean energy such as solar cells panels on the roof that generate electricity from sunlight. Recycling bins are provided and composting is done for food waste.

As we known, Thailand is one of the country where has a splendid street foods but the problem was People’s everyday life usually bought their food and didn’t have a space to sit and enjoy their food. This problem cause people to eat during they walk and also produce garbages along the streets. We sured that our module were small enough to satisﬁy the needs and intended to be designed as a modular system so that it could be spread out in the areas or can be placed together in many different formats in another different areas. From the layout as example, we wanted to show and suggest the layouts in many different styles which can be placed in any places.

Sathorn Square is setting on the heart of the city, surrounded by the commercial buildings and cultural place. The nearest BTS skytrain is ChongNonsi. This area is the large transition space by business man and student, heading to working and studying. According to the site analysis, the most important natural element that need to be concern before make the zoning is sun direction. The sun direction as we can see, mostly runs through the southern. The shadow shade on the south in the morning and shade on the north in the evening. In the southern side recieving the sun longer than the other part, so this area will need the buffer and the landscape furniture to assist.

DESIGN CONCEPT The need of user is the most important thing to the concept. So the landscape design must be the tools to develop and improve the being of user and the environment. The requirement are to create the atmosphere for the user in the ofﬁce, to create the social meeting area and make the site as a green space of the city context. The design using the green area for privacy level and the diffent physical level in landscape. The designed landscape could make the good perspective for the indoor user.

The Zoning is reference to the site analysis which related with the user circulation and natural elements. Put the event on the main access and reach by the large number of people. Event area play the role as the transition space to another area which is Meeting and Food Garden. The food garden put on the north area which is the shady and coolest area all the time. In the southern part [The hottest area] has been place the pavillion for the resting activity and become the buffer of the site.

15 minutes city was the idea of urban planing design. It was the idea that allow people to reach the city’s facilities or public place. The st.louis activity park was the group project which created from the reserch and analysis about what’s the people in the district wanted? We found that there were few green space and public park so finally we created the multipurpose space for everyone. The project consists the amphithetre, market, sport club and garden.
