He was a Dutch microscopist who was the first to observe bacteria and protozoa. During his lifetime he ground more than 400 lenses Leeuwenhoek's methods of microscopy, which he kept secret, remain something of a mystery. He never wrote a proper scientific paper, but communicated his discoveries in letters, sent to Europe’s principal scientific societies, especially to the Royal Society. He didn’t invent the microscope but he made most of the improvements to it. Thanks to his discovers in microscope lenses, many advances have been made in them, he also helped discover the body cells of people, animals, and plants, which makes opened many doors to biologists.
means "equal to or greater than Celsus", and it refers to the Roman encyclopedist Aulus Cornelius Celsus from the 1st century, known for his tract on medicine. He is considered to be the first systematic botanist. He was a Renaissance astrologer, physician, botanist, alchemist, general occulist, and author of many books. He discovered hydrogen and nitrogen, and stared to experiment with minerals to create medicines, and he had a theory that substances were made of three essential parts: salt, sulfur, and mercury. He is considered to be a scientist that was born in the wrong era because he thought like a scientist from now a days. He revolutionized the world by experimenting with minerals that helped the body cure from illnesses. These were some of the first pharmacos (medicines) sold in drug stores.

He was the one to discover gravity, and people say it because once he was sitting under a tree, an apple fell on his head. So he asked himself why did things are pulled to the ground. He changed our understanding of the Universe by enumerating his Three Laws of Motion, which are the most important laws in physics. He never intended to publish his work, and he reinvented the telescope, which allowed him to prove Galileo and Copernicus’s Theory about the earth. He first got the idea of gravity when an apple fell to the ground under tree he was standing in. He is considered to be the first scientist of the Scientific Revolution. Bibliography: "Leeuwenhoek." Make Your Skin Shine! Your skin can also get better by the things you eat! So here are some tips of something you can do to help your skin look flawless and perfect.
TIPS:
1. Your outside appearance reflects what's on your inside. Maintain a healthy and balanced diet with plenty of fruits, vegetables and sunflower seeds. Having a healthy diet and eating products like chicken, salmon, nuts, lowfat dairy products, carrots and oysters will help your hair and skin grow! 2. Try and drink 6 to 8 glasses of water per day. This will help to keep your skin moist, refreshed and supple, which will help the skin fight off developing wrinkles and blemishes. 3. Moisturize! Applying moisturizer after a warm face wash or a warm shower is the best remedies for skin. Moisturizing helps to restore the oils that our skin has and helps to keep the skin hydrated. Moisturizing for men is just as important as the oils in men's skin can be lost more easily than those in women. 4. Protect yourself from sun and tanning studios. The sun and tanning studios are the main reasons for premature aging. By applying self tan spray or keeping your face well protected from UV rays can help to prevent premature aging. 5. Keep up regular exercise. Regular exercise helps to keep the skin elasticity, which prevents wrinkles. Exercise is also good for your body as a whole as it helps to maintain a low amount of body fat. 6. Change your socks every day, especially if you exercise because your feet sweat and they need to “breathe”, so this will prevent you from getting athlete’s foot. 7. Try and maintain a constant sleep pattern. Sleep is the body's time to restore itself and to reenergies the body's organs and skin. By maintaining a regular sleep pattern, you will feel more energized and your skin will become more healthy and fresher looking. 8. Do not scrub and wash too hard. By doing this it removes the required oils that the skin needs to regenerate. When washing, wash lightly and in circular motion. This helps to keep the blood flow
in your skin and does not allow the essential oils to escape. 9. Do not squeeze spots. Although very tempting, by squeezing spots and black heads, the disease spreads and your acne will not disappear. By not squeezing your skin can heal the spot on its own and scars will not be formed. Constant squeezing of spots will cause scarring of the skin. 10. Wear deodorant to help keep odors away from perspiration; after exercising take a shower, and if you are not able to take a shower change your clothes so that your body can breathe and sweat is not accumulated, if it gets accumulated it can cause breakout, and zits on you back. 11. Finally, the most important thing you can do to help achieve, younger healthier looking skin is to stop smoking or never to start. Smoking causes premature aging and yellowing of the teeth and skin. The tobacco that is released into the airdries out your skin, while the smoke you inhale constricts the flow of blood-to-blood vessels, therefore preventing your skin of essential nutrients that your body supplies. These easy tips will help you get a healthy skin and prevent diseases such as skin cancer, dry skin, athlete’s foot, cellulitis, and more. So you can show of your beautiful skin everywhere you go!

Muscle Fatigue What is that?
Hypothesis If someone that exercises daily and someone who does not exercise daily do 10 sets of crunches then the person that trains daily will feel muscle fatigued later than the person than the person that does not trains daily. In order to get to the results displayed below, we had to test an Athlete (a person that practices a sport) and a potatoe sac (a person that doesn’t do any kind of exercise or sport). We counted the number of crunches each one could do in the determined time (1 min.) we repeated this step 10 times (10 trials/1 min. each). They both were exhausted with this experiment
but, after observing and analyzing the data, we got to the conclusion that the Athlete’s results were 2 times the Potatoe Sac results, so exercising and practicing a sport is really important and essential for a healthy, strong and resistant body. We recorded the data and choose 2 coordinated points (x,y) in which the line will pass then we substituted those values in the formula y= mx + b and with the help of the teacher we were abele to create a graph on excel using the given equation.

Have you ever wonder why we get tired when we exercise? Well this is due to muscle fatigue, don’t know what that is? No problem in this article we will be explaining what it is, and we will explain an experiment we did to show how muscle fatigue works, and compare to different people to see if how each body responds to this. Muscle fatigue is the repeated, intense use of muscles, which leads to a decline in performance. Though the actual mechanism for muscle fatigue appears to involve the leakage of calcium. The maximum intensity of exercise Muscle fatigue is the decrease in performance capacity of muscles; usually evidenced by not being able to a do a certain exercise. Fatigue depends between individuals and within individuals depending upon the conditions that exist. Muscle fatigue can occur in the body temporarily exhausts its supply of energy. In this article we will explain an experiment we made to prove when muscle fatigue is present in 2 different groups of persons when exercising.

there wouldn’t be any problem, and we did it in doors so that the climate or any other thing would interfere with our experiment. We decided to compare people who exercise everyday with people who exercise one or two times a week, and we found out that people who exercise everyday can make more crunches, than people who don’t exercise everyday. But we also

found out that people who exercise once or twice a week don’t have a bad condition, but of course their performance was a little bit poorer. And what we recommend to other people that are going to do this experiment is that you should record all the data you can, research before you start, and avoid anything that can alter you results, like eating before exercising, or doing it out doors, or with uncomfortable clothes, and things like that.
