CHILDREN SUMMER CAMP ABOUT THE PROJECT
That was a Tripoli culture that inspired the project. The camp activity is aimed for the renewal and study of the following crafts: weaving, pottery, egg painting and others. The important part of children activities will also be sports. For that purpose a racetrack was planned (for horse racing and archery), multifanctional sport court and pier for boating, dancing rooms. The camp is supposed for children aged 4 to 16 years. 8 cottages are situated radially creating enclosed territory for living. Thera are 4 settlements like that in the project. In the centre of each settlement there is a fire spot and benches around it. Each settlement has its qualification that is kind of activity children will get skilled in. Each cottage can hold 7 children. «Settlements» will be formed by the age. The land plot is located on the lakeshore which allows to add boating to the list of activities. Besides the pier, there is a beach zone as well. well The elements of Tripoly culture are used for the Masterplan. And the cottages are styled after Tripoli dwelling prototype, both interior and exterior. There is a distinct main axis according to which the area is symmetrically developed and there are secondary paths that deviate from it. The main axis (path) goes all over the area and ends in an amphitheatre which will be used for night events. Exposition of the hill is on the north no of the site which resulted in perfect location of the amphitheatre in the northern part. Time spent in the camp will not only benefit children but also let them feel the atmosphere of the past and let them try themselves in activities that were the main for those of the Tripoli culture. Forest around the area and greening of the territory will also have healthy impact on the children.

ABOUT THE PROJECT

The modern office building with the underground parking is designed in the existing urban environment of the industrial district of Lviv city. It consists of two independent blocks which are connected with a glass atrium. The atrium is the perfect place for relax, which is supposed to resemble a tropical forest with weird plants ascending to the very roof as well as bushes , flowers and cute furniture. This conjunction of two blocks gives the feeling of construction transparency as you can see the courtyard through the atrium. According to the design specifications there is an architectural bureau for 60 persons in one block and in the other block there are some conference halls of various configurations. The underground parking is designed for 40 cars. Due to proper materials, the height and façade configuration the building perfectly fits in the existing environment.

NEW VILLAGE ABOUT THE PROJECT The project of a new settlement in Lviv region was aimed to create an independent urban type settlement . This settlement is planned for 5000 inhabitants. It is supplied with all infrastructure elements from critically needed up to entertaining centres.There were also planned various educational institutions and those of health protection, therapeutic complex and some entertainment venues such as trading and entertainment centres and cinemas. The main idea was to diminish flow of traffic using diesel and petrol. For that purpose there are parkings planned around the territory. The parkings are supposed to make people leave their cars beyond the boundaries of the settlement and use public electrical transport on the roads within the settlement. There is a well developed system of the traffic roads and bike paths. Thus minimal pollution and great greening benefit to the climate for the residents. The residential buildings are various for every taste. The entertainment venues and office buildings make a nice environment for the young people.. A lot of sport courts is planned for various age groups to involve them into activities and healthy style of life. Thus all the above mentioned points create the eco friendly surroundings that prove the planet can be saved without sacrificing people's comfortable living.

RESIDENTIAL BUILDING ABOUT THE PROJECT
Integration of the public and residential functions in one building has become common since long ago. Usually public activity is planned on the ground floor and is separated from the residential one with various architectural methods. The present residential complex is not an exclusion. There are main functional zones of the complex: public function, stairs and elevators units, one level apartments, duplex apartments and three levels apartments. There are offices for rent on the ground floor and there are apartments above. Zoning inside the building is demonstrated on the scheme below. This is a gallery style building with the gallery from the side of the inner yard. The apartments are available of one, two and even three levels. There are various terraces and balconies for seasonal leisure. The inner yard is formed by two U-style buildings. The entrance to the underground parking is from the north of the area, walking route is available from north and south. The project is made in compliance to the active fire safety regulations , the roads are wide enough for emergency cases. There are kids zones in the yard and various playgrounds for different age groups of residents. Great planting around the building and in the yard makes it comfortable relaxing outdoor.

ABOUT THE PROJECT This project is the implementation of combination of special traditional solutions in designing of sacral objects and modern view of the contemporary architecture even in such a specific sphere of construction. As a result we've got a unique building which meets all possible needs of the faithful as well as the important specific procedures of the clergymen. Regardless the purpose of the building the architecture is called to satisfy people not just functionally but aesthetically as well. People used to admire the classic churches for numerous decorative elements . This project is proving that simplicity and brevity of minimalism can attract views as much as charming Baroque sculptures. The decision was taken to refuse the use of the classic rectangular main nave and to leave the domes as the main part of the building. The building was formed by five domes and by the vertical prolongation of their form to the ground level. As the result the plan has got five circles that cross each other creating the main and side naves. The same principle was used while adding four belltowers which are closed at the first and second floor containing the vertical utilities there and at the upper levels are opened and fenced with narrow columns which support monolith reinforced concrete domes with bells attached to them.

HOTEL-RESTAURANT COMPLEX ABOUT THE PROJECT Hotel and Restaurant Complex O-Mega is situated at the crossing of two streets Stryjs'ka and Naukova Str in LviV city. The complex has a beautiful park territory, large luxurious restaurant and a terrace in the street amidst park zone. Open air pool with sunbeds and bungalows is arranged in the best traditions of seaside resorts. Access to the lake allows entertainments on the territory of the complex. A Spa center, sport rooms contribute a lot to the stay. The restaurant with panoramic windows, that open an unbelievable view at the hotel territory can accept up to 200 guests. You can also enjoy your time at the SCOTCH&SODA BAR located on the upper floor and boasting panoramic windows around the floor. Conference rooms are available for rent and these are located on the 8th floor with the coffee brake at the bar on the 9th floor. The hotel has 67 rooms of three categories which will meet the needs of the most demanding guests. Starting with the Standard room the square of 39m2 and up to the Suite with a bedroom, living room, dining room, cloakroom and a bathroom ( bathtub and shower ). Hotel and Restaurant Complex O-Mega is planned without excessive landscaping , with minimalism and brevity b in its architecture but what makes it stand out that is multifunctioning and variety of infrastructure.

ART SCHOOL ABOUT THE PROJECT Contemporary life style with its fierce pace calls more and more for the art passion promotion and art contribution to the person development. The art is not anymore just the subject for admiration it is also an important element of the psychological advancement and formation of the personality. More and more people are trying to bring art into their lives for various aims (stress therapy, rehabilitation of the disabled people or bringing up in children the sense of beauty). But whatever the aim is one can not achieve it without the help of the right people, people who know all about art. Despite the growing demand for the art the number of the educational ar institutions does not increase. Shouldn’t we then pay more attention to what the society needs are and start adapting the surroundings to those? The Art School aims to supply people with the basic knoweldge of art as well as to help people to find associates, to push people to socializing. Actually the school is planned as a multitask centre combining the civic and educational functions since the multifunctionality and adaptability of space to be the primary approach for the coming decades. Even more than that the project is aimed to be the example of the new vision of an educational centre and its functionality nowadays. The main focus of the project are public areas such as a universal concert hall and an exhibition gallery. Those are the areas that due to their planning, location and innovative technologies can be easily adapted to the customers demands. The project in particular provides the possibility of creating various rooms and studios for educational process.

The living room is drafted in monochrome range of color with the chandeliers in golden color as an accent. All the embellishments are in golden color too. Golden decorations in warm shade are the contrast to the cold
