About the Expo EVENT OVERVIEW: For the past 5 years, the MMA WORLD EXPO has drawn thousands of MMA enthusiasts while featuring a variety of exciting events, including live tournaments, interactive demonstrations, training seminars, signing and photograph sessions, MMA film and fight screenings, educational seminars, and an interactive marketplace showcasing products and services for MMA fans and professionals. Celebrity Guests –Past celebrity guests included the game’s absolute biggest names: UFC Hall-of-Famers: Randy “The Natural” Couture, Matt Hughes and Dan “The Beast” Severn, in addition to UFC Champions, Jon “Bones” Jones, Frankie Edgar, Anderson Silva, Dan Henderson, Chris Weidman, UFC legend, Wanderlei “The Axe Murderer” Silva, and dozens of other MMA stars. Educational Seminars - Classes cover MMA training, nutrition, treating/preventing injuries, business seminars for gym and business owners are offered as well as panel discussions with key athletic and political industry players. Training With the Masters – The MMA WORLD EXPO offers attendees the chance to train with legendary martial artists and fighters. Past guest trainers have included: Jimmy Pedro, Kru Phil Nurse, Master Ricardo Liborio, Marcelo Garcia, Vitor "Shaolin" Ribiero & many others. MMA Marketplace - The MMA Marketplace is for both on-the-spot sales and business-tobusiness interaction. The exhibit hall is filled with vendors representing virtually all aspects of martial arts products, supplies, services and schools. Business-only hours for wholesale buyers are structured into the exhibit hall schedule, followed by consumer hours which are open to the public. Previous participants have included Toyota, XYIENCE, US Marines, Combat Sports, MET-Rx, Everlast, HEADRUSH, Zebra Mats, Ring-to-Cage, Vitamin Shoppe, FUJI, US Army, – just to name a few. Live Combat Sports – The MMA World Expo has played host to several live events from various disciplines including: Renzo Gracie Invitational, ADDC, Fighters Source Amateur MMA, Take On Muay Thai Tournament, STS Fights & FILA MMA.
