Hello and congrats on your engagement! It’s such an exciting time, but you’re probably overwhelmed with the amount of infor mation being thrown your way. Don’t worry, you’re not alone. I’ve been where you are and I’m here to make the world of wedding stationery a little less stressful. Start by looking through this guide to get an idea of how a custom stationery package is built. My website is filled with invitation design examples, but be sure to check out my instagram @paperheartsinvitations for even more inspiration. My favorite design elements include watercolor florals and script fonts. I also love a good dusty blue or blush pink envelope. Because we all have our own unique style and taste, let me crate a custom invitation that matches your wedding theme, color palette and your personality. PA P E R H E A RT S I N V I TAT I O N S ORDERING To begin your custom invitation design, fill out the wedding invitation inquiry for m located on the contact page of our website. We will discuss the details of your wedding and put together a project estimate for you based on the infor mation you provide. Once the emailed estimate is approved, a $100 retainer is needed before your custom invitation design is started. The retainer can be conveniently paid online and will be deducted from your final balance. From there, your order includes three rounds of emailed proofs to perfect your stationery. Once your final design is approved and signed off on, we begin the printing process. Full digital print orders ship out 2-4 weeks after approval. M AT E R I A L S Your invitations will be printed on premium quality, thick cardstock. A standard order will include: 110 lb. white or ivory paper (in matte or shimmer) and your choice of white, ivory or colored envelopes (in matte or shimmer). See chart for color selection. Please note: Colors may var y from your computer to printed piece. For color matching purposes, you may request a hard copy proof of your invitation for $25.
P R I N T I N G P RO C E S S E S Your invitations can be printed using three different print methods; digital, foil and letter press. Digital printing is a flat ink fused to the paper. The colors used with digital printing are limitless and this method offers the most versatility. Foil and letter press printing is a specialty process of pressing ink or foil into the paper. These printing methods do take additional time, usually 4 weeks printing time on top of our 3-4 week design tur naround time, so be sure to plan accordingly.
EXTRAS Add as many extras to your package as you’d like to compliment your design and truly make it one of a kind. Choose from wax seals, vintage stamps, silk ribbon, envelope liners and more! See the price list for all of our options.

envelope printing Retur n address printing and your address printed on the RSVP envelope are included with your custom wedding invitation package. Save time addressing your envelopes and keep the printing consistent by having us print your guest addresses right on the envelope! The printing will match or compliment the fonts we use on your invitation. Guest addressing is $.75 per envelope. If you choose to include this service, an Excel template will be emailed to you to fill out. Your addresses must be placed in this template. Submitting your addresses in a different for mat is subject to a fee. You can also add envelope printing to your save the dates and to any party or shower invitation order. Please see price chart for additional infor mation. Note: W hite ink printing is available on dark color envelopes for an additional fee. Contact us to discuss pricing.
